All you have to do is show them a violent video game made in game maker and they will be hooked. GML is easy and fun. I am actually very good at it, so I can give you some tips.

This idea seems to be very infective! (In a good connotation) I am glad to have sparked such an interest. And I am very glad that fisch loved my idea enough to make a clone before I even startd mine :P although, I have been planning it for like a year...
And although it is not TI vs CASIO, One will probably be better than the other. Other than that it is at most a friendly race.

General Calculator Help / Source Coder Help??
« on: September 22, 2011, 11:44:58 am »
When I use source coder, I want to actually type "getKey" instead of using the calc buttons to grab the token. Does it convert it back to tokens? So that typing "I" and then "f" converts to the If token upon export?

This is a Space invaders homescreen game I am first making for ztrumpet's homescreen game pack which is right here, and then I am going to finalize it and add extra features. Currently there is no release, but I will fix that soon.

Good job! I love your ambition. I will let you know when I have a solid shot calculation algorithm down if you want yours to have similar physics.

I gusses vista because of the color scheme, and that 7 is harder to use so the general public can't do stuff like that.
I have been using paint since before I could read. If there is something about it, I know it.

Don't worry if you change your mind about how it will work a few more times. At one point, mine was going to be on the homescreen, then the graph screen, then axe, then graph screen 3d, and now AXE again. It's okay.
