Here's an avi of the emulator, for those who don't have Nspires. For some reason, if I convert the avi to a gif, it grows to ~20 MB, so I can't upload a gif. The engine on real hardware is smoother than what you see in the video (its 60 Mhz faster, and Wine makes the emulator a bit choppy).

New demo. You can now climb stairs and go under floating blocks, and sprites now have a z-coordinate. As such, +/- to move up and down has been removed, and the map has been changed to demonstrate the new features. Next up is different wall textures for different blocks, and different sprites.

Android is open source, so Google won't care.

The trees are stored as lists, with the root being the first element of the list, and the lengths of the lists representing left and right subtrees being the two numbers following it.

Hmmm...this might make me get an iTouch, since the Pandora does not exist yet.

Look in the algebraic simplifier. I remember it was terribly unoptimized.

I think you can greatly increase the speed of the differentiator by writing a modified algebraic simplifier that returns the numerator and denominator in a list. Right now I calculate every expression twice to get the numerator and denominator.

Oops, I missed that bug. Fixed.

The sheer fact that this might be possible just made my day and changed my mind about getting an nspire. If this is possible, I really wouldn't even care if I had to do a RAM clear to run it.
What does this have to do with Nspires? Even if Calc84 fixes the RAM issue, it still will not be able to run on an Nspire, as the 84+ emulator on it is missing the undocumented instructions. Nspires have gbc4nspire, which will hopefully become easier to use when Ndless2 comes out.

New demo. The textures now tile on the tall columns.

I like the idea of some lightweight, command-line link software. Keep up the good work Is Nspire support planned?

btw is the shading on certain walls done automatically? Yes, one side is automatically darker than the other.

New demo! Thanks to this, I was able to import some textures and sprites, so the demo looks a lot nicer now.

Ndless doesn't work on later versions because TI patched out the OS exploits needed by it. It has nothing to do with boot2.

Does anyone have advice on file access functions on the Nspire? Are the standard ones present?
