Does at least Windows recognize that the calc is connected? Or do neither Windows nor TI-Computer Link acknowledge it?

I'm not saying that they are bad to use, and if you feel you must use them, go ahead.
No need to scare away new members 1474

It's just there, it's not his
I don't think they'd let him load programs on it, especially if it was still in the box 1476

A similar TI-84+ (not SE) Datamath has nothing on a clear 84+SE, though. 1477

It cycles back through 0, giving a result of 50000+50000-2^16.
As for the second one, yes, it's 2^16-995 1478

Nice to know, DJ
We can all use a reminder every now and then, myself included. 1479

I think matthias1992 suggest an "IfExists" for that, but bumping it is fine

General Calculator Help / Re: How to obtain TI-81 rom?« on: August 11, 2010, 05:41:29 pm »
IIRC the 8KB of RAM the TI-81 has is mirrored a total of four times across $8000-$FFFF.
I think Unity takes advantage of this, which means those patches are worthless for that. (But if you like math, then fine ) I have no TI-81's, so no helping there, sorry. 1481
TI Z80 / Re: Star Fox« on: August 11, 2010, 05:37:22 pm »
That looks awesome
I am not a spriter either. How hard would it be to make the screen larger (64*64 or full-screen) while keeping good speed? 1482
[OTcalc] Z80-Software / Re: OT Basic« on: August 11, 2010, 05:02:49 pm »
Possible would be having a non-token based system, or have it only use tokens internally, and not for editing.
String routines would be cool. 1484
General Calculator Help / Re: How to obtain TI-81 rom?« on: August 11, 2010, 04:25:47 pm »
First of all, that's cheating
Ignoring that, they might realize that it's slower or that it acts differently than the normal calc (The reset menu looks different on the 81/82/83 than the 83+ series) 1485
General Calculator Help / Re: How to obtain TI-81 rom?« on: August 11, 2010, 04:19:24 pm »
What?
Emu8x is much slower than the real calc, and you'd be better off using your 84+SE anyway. If I am misunderstanding you, which I probably am, could you elaborate? |
