Mine normally drops w/case, but then again, it's normally on. (Front and back, though, not just one)

I would guess Axe, but he might've used ASM. Definitely not BASIC

32 bits is only up to ~4 billion. Not a lot.
1024 bits, on the other hand, goes up to 5e30, or 5 nonillion. The problem is that, at least with TF, the time increases exponentially. You're not misunderstanding it, you underestimating how quickly an exponential function grows. 1609

That's probably b/c the batteries came out
But yeah, they're pretty durable. I've dropped mine several times with the only damage being a small scratch on the case. (And that was from something else, IIRC) 1610

Cool, nice to hear you found major optimizations!
Can't wait till tomorrow! 1611

Sounds cool. Although I'll never use it, it sounds like it could be useful to some.
At first I thought you were writing a z80 BASIC interpreter, not just an editor. (I never thought you were writing emulator/debugger, though ) Good luck! 1612

If you think you found the basic algorithm, perhaps you could do a diff of the two?
Just make sure your diff utility supports binary files 1613

If you wanna be kicked, yes
Not to mention only if they're using netham's irc client As above, we just picked an empty channel and spammed it 1614

Will Alpha and 2nd act like Shift on a computer or like on the TI-OS?
How many shifting combinations will there be? Shift, Alpha, and Normal, or also Shift-Alpha? 1616
TI-BASIC / Re: What project would you rather me work on?« on: July 23, 2010, 09:40:17 am »
Hex is just a different representation of the characters behind the letters/numbers
But you can always read it out the way you put it in, or you don't have to if you don't want to. For example, I can save a string into an appvar, and can read it out again later. If I store a number to an appvar, I can read it out again later at the same spot. As above, hex is just a different representation of the same thing. Just depends on how you use it 1617

Protection in what? Right now we're trying to discover the .tns format, which is probably compressed in a proprietary manner as far as we know.
If you mean "how it works," then that's what we're doing (Well, what they are doing ) |
