Maybe I'm mistaken and you're right, I'm unsure.
The speed run program sounds cool, btw.

I don't remember about not being able to use them... Unless you mean to store data, which would be pretty pointless anyway. (So much faster just to have it in the program or in an appvar)
That wasn't my vote, at any rate, so I can't tell you why 1863

Nice, activity just keeps climbing. Such a feature would be cool, though it wouldn't be to much a bother if it doesn't get implemented (Just view the forum stats).
Yay us! * calcdude lost The Game 1864
TI Z80 / Re: The Impossible Game« on: July 09, 2010, 01:56:49 pm »
Maybe you could embed the stats in the level file itself if it's in RAM?
Also, suggestion: have an option for whether the game's appvar is automatically archived or not. 1865

Yeah, I'm one of the few calc programmers at my school AFAIK, and I'm pretty convinced I'm the only one who knows more than BASIC...

yay! The physics is correct
Plasma balls, those will be interesting... Keep up the good work! (Btw, can cubes kill you, like in the pc game?) 1867

Indeed, DJ. Even if reading directly from archive isn't supported, it would be nice to be able to create RAM copies of variables.
Well, I guess I'll wait and see what feature is added next. Keep up the good work, Quigibo! 1868

It's the first one. For example, if HL=$CAFE, then jp (hl) will jump to $CAFE, regardless of (HL)

SRL, SLA, and others can't modify HL, only (HL), which is the data at the address given by HL

^ Sorry, you replied before my edit for another possible scenario.
Yeah, it really doesn't matter, for all practical purposes the CPU could be a bunch of hamsters (or lobsters, rather ) 1872

No, it is simultaneous, the operations are internal to the CPU and are performed at the same time. Or if not, there is a buffer somewhere.
At any rate, just pretend they happen at the same time 1873

Nice! Yeah, there are MicroSD cards w/32 GB capacity; I don't think Blu-Ray has that storage density.
Are the discs cheaper for capacity? |
