The Axe Parser Project / Re: Axe Tokens (Read Post Before Voting)« on: June 17, 2010, 10:23:15 am »
Goodness, the votes are split pretty evenly...
I hate to take part in this since this has become, well, we know what this topic has become. But I feel like I should state my opinion. I am fine with either, but I do believe that we mustn't split into to parts over this. I will personally go through all my posts where I used the old tokens and replace them with the new ones if it makes things less confusing. For now, I believe that both should remain documented, but that a gradual shift should occur, in which the old tokens are slowly phased out. It is quigibo's project, and, providing he isn't doing anything crazy , it should be allowed to go in the direction he wants it to go. Quigibo has listened to the community, since such feedback is crucial. This topic was created to be a community decision. All I ask is that we don't split, and this doesn't become something like pick your favorite omnimaga member (quigibo vs dj, it seems) That's my opinion, and I have no more to say for now 2073

Good-bye, DJ... We'll miss you. Too bad you say you must leave the community, too.
Farewell, adieu... (At least we'll still have your games... ) 2074

Well, it's up to Sir to provide a more definitive answer. We'll just have to wait...

So it's not your fault. That's good to know. Is there any sense in adding a pause to the Shade( command, or is asking programmers to be considerate of this good enough?

Raylin, no being sexist (btw, that should be "whose", not "who's")
Personally, the more people the better is my opinion on the matter. 2078

Excellent sprite work, Hot_dog!
Can't wait for more... (Other S.A.D. progress, that is) Epic! 2079

Well, it doesn't happen in 0.2.3 (which I have, I'm waiting for 0.3.0 to upgrade), so I'm afraid I'm of no further use w/o the program generated by the most recent version

So weird... I'm getting my calc an viewing the disassembly in calcsys to see how this happened (I still refuse to execute it)

That's off-topic, but I'll write you a quick one (should work)
Code: [Select] .CIRCLE Okay, it's not perfect (some points are off-screen), but it should draw a circleEdit: Did I really type Pt-On( ... fixed 2084
Axe / Re: Sprite Direction« on: June 16, 2010, 04:50:03 pm »
You spelled it right.
Since Axe doesn't support floating point numbers, it uses neither Degrees nor Radians. Rather, the input, in range 0-255, corresponds to 0-2*pi radians and the output, in range -128 to 127, corresponds to -1-1. Edit: 300th post! 2085
The Axe Parser Project / Re: Bug Reports« on: June 16, 2010, 04:47:22 pm »
Apparently, this code
Code: [Select] Repeat 1=2 causes the BLOD's. I refuse to test this myself, so I cannot verify it. However, I am unsure why this would happen (I calculated the range at which Shade( should cause the BLOD's to be 92-95 (decimal)) Any clues?
