Axe / Re: My Helicopter Game

You don't need to use calccapture because WabbitEmu can take recordings itself :D
It's configurable in the options, and you can start it by right-clicking on the screen and choosing the appropriate option or by pressing the backspace key (hopefully).

Someone probably already said this, but Camper is just one man. He doesn't represent his denomination/sect, Christianity, or religion as a whole, and as such, his failures are his, not of religion at large. Sure, he made a(nother) bogus prediction, and if you want to kick metaphorical puppies, go ahead. Otherwise, realize that not all things that can be categorized with him are as he seems to represent them, so don't make such a big deal about it. Just because he's wrong doesn't mean religion is. (And I shouldn't have to say this, but that doesn't mean religion is right either. Religion, complicated topic that it is, can be rather difficult to discuss.)
For good measure, I do (as far as I can tell) agree with TsukasaZX's post.

TI Z80 / Re: Contest Entry - Time Shift
« on: May 20, 2011, 02:26:05 am »
If a few seconds is around 2-3, then his frame rate must be around 290 it would seem :P
Assuming a more sane (but probably too high) 10 FPS, that's a full minute and 10 seconds. That's a long time, and would be pretty awesome for the game ;D
Also, I think everyone wants you to make a demo with a screenshot :P

Site Feedback and Questions / Re: Random Topic Button
« on: May 20, 2011, 01:01:46 am »
Yay Deep for working on this. :D
It doesn't seem from your description that it takes you to an unread topic (not the same as a topic you weren't the last to post in ;)), though. For that, though, it'd have to be a mod on the forum or a personal script, since that would require reading the logged-in user's browser cookie to be able to authenticate and get data as them.

If I didn't know better I'd think Ruby were your favorite programming language, Ashbad :P
If you're into programming, then sure, install your language of choice. (if it isn't already. Most distros include Python, Perl, and probably Java right out of the box.)

His topic is in the "ASM Language" forum, so that can't be it :/

Yeah, I think Spybot only checks posts at a certain frequency. It was set lower a while ago, and that caused problems (same post being reported several times). Netham will have to confirm, though.

Looks challenging and fun :) I'll have to try it at some point.
And yeah, a fresh download of TI-Connect will have no problems installing on Win7 64-bit.

Site Feedback and Questions / Random Topic Button
« on: May 15, 2011, 01:30:52 pm »
I doubt this will ever get implemented, but just a random feature request that came to me: could there be a button that takes one to a random unread topic?
I'm only asking because I think it would make browsing new posts more interesting ;D

Computer Programming / Re: Prolog discussion and help
« on: May 15, 2011, 01:22:54 pm »
I've tried Prolog before, and it's pretty interesting :)
While we're on declarative languages, Haskell's cool too.

rectus es.
Itaque mox consilium quo congredi poterimus capiemus :) ("congredi" is the present infinitive of "congredior", a deponent verb which means, at least in this case, "meet")
