That has been asked for, happybobjr, but it would apparently be too difficult to add :(

Lemme revive this slightly with this little gem I found in 2.53 MP:

Nothing severe, but the OS can't decide whether or not the parentheses should be there (it switches back and forth every time)
I even tried to help it :P

I remember that one. Definitely a favorite :D
Also, you've been added to the first post as I've promised to all who post smilies.

Well, that's annoying... (I mean, it's good that the ports for checking hardware type read correctly, but it doesn't make the problem more visible)
Can you use Axe to compile apps beyond the ten you can send with TI-Connect?

Oh, okay. Too bad :P
Edit: 1103. You modded the keyboard driver in OSX to make clear work like on TI Calculators.

Does it actually clear the current line which you are typing?

1100. You never use the backspace key on your computer keyboard. Always delete.

In the context of ldi, the p/o flag is set (pe) if bc is not zero, and reset (po) if it is. (ldi decrements bc)

Flames will engulf the blue spirit of destiny
Hope surges onward to the burning blue sky
[Epic guitar solo]
As we dream of solitude, we soar through
The night embracing blue, our spirits drifting
Oooooooooonnnnnnnnn
[Guitar battle]
Blue lobsters fly with me into the blue and yes.
Hurricanes will destroy the Eeems in us all
Darkness awakens the intrigue of coders
To see the unending cherry flavoured dragon!
We are forever searching Rick Astley's game
For someday, cats lost will and decided
Therefore squirrels will eat Limited Iambians
And await homestyle food, lobsters born amongst
Aaaaallllll!!!

They're most likely still in ASCII Text.
Actually, they are tokenized, so an editor will have to be more complicated. ;)

Just to recommend something that probably won't help, type up this ASM program and run it:
Code: [Select]
AsmPrgm
DB0217F5380921CD
9DEF0A45EF2E45F1
17300921D49DEF0A
45EF2E45DB211FF5

EF2345F11FD021E6

290054492D38342B
0024323120426974
20312053657400
For a plain TI-84+ it should say
Quote
TI-84+(SE)
TI-84+
Just some reading from the ports that are supposed to give hardware type. Again, it probably won't help, but at least make sure it says what it's supposed to :D
Edit: I will upload a .8xp shortly if you don't want to have to type ;D
Edit 2: Here you go!

Did you know that BBC Basic is actually a pre-existing language? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BBC_BASIC
Yeah, it hasn't caught on for calcs, though. :(
