I like the font. Gives it an old feel, which is great with dinosaurs.
Good luck! 349
Axe / Re: My little program« on: July 27, 2011, 04:40:17 pm »
Although I couldn't figure out your problem, I did speed it up a lot by moving/deleting a few lines (mainly excess ClrDraw and DispGraph) and deleting the greyscale. Good job overall, and although I haven't worked with Axe much, it looks like a solid start to a game
Here's my modifications, I only really made small changes. 350

I believe it is red/cyan. I use a pair from a Lego Atlantis Lego set, and they work fine. But if you really want to get the perfect pair, just use markers and color bits of plastic wrap, then make those into custom glasses. Just change the shades of blue/red until they work perfectly

Corrupted Archive gets really annoying, glad there is now a solution (other than deleting everything)!

Other / Re: Can you solder stuff?« on: July 25, 2011, 05:12:04 pm »After filing my tip back to a point several times though, it was starting to get pretty small. So I went to home depot, got 5 feet of steel rod for $4, and now I have 8 brand new soldering tips. A much better option than buying 2 tips for $8. Good idea. I'll have to remember that if I start soldering. 353

Just as chilling isopropyl alcohol with dry ice creates a substance similar to liquid nitrogen, but completely different

Dissolving non-polar substances in acetone is so much more fun than dissolving polar substances in water.

You should dissolve styrofoam in acetone. It tries to melt, but instead forms this goo that you can mold into whatever, then dries after a while. And the best part is, no fumes

TI Z80 / Re: Plants vs Zombies« on: July 25, 2011, 01:48:46 pm »Hm I might try porting a stripped down version of PvZ to the calc sometime. You should. PvZ would be a great game for the calculator. If you decide to do it, good luck! 359

It's just a musical platformer where the terrain is the music, but the point is that the character can stick to walls and the ceiling.
