I have a partial backup through a script (60%).

As it didn't reach 100%, I don't know if it is in a usable form.

All I can say is that it's not me.
But we are all quite sure it's Mic.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaa? How do we send stuff to our calculators then? TI-Nspire Computer Software has a link feature or something?

You can send stuff using the TI-Nspire Computer Link 1.4.

But you cannot:
- install an OS
- make screen captures

You'll have to launch the "huge" Computer Software 3.0 (with a valid licence) in order to do that.

At last, I've got the answer:

Check here:

The TI-Nspire Computer Link doesn't fully support the TI-Nspire CX.
So it must have been removed because TI has no plan to update it.

We'll have to use the TI-Nspire Computer Software 3.0.

It's not a prototype as far as I know.

Lots of photos of my new TI-Nspire CX CAS!

Where did you get that?

A gift from TI

I believe that the first poster's picture is of the emulator, right?

All photos are real.

Another big news!

TI has just granted us the right to host their official Lua tool ("Script_Tools.zip" file).
Which means you can now download it freely.
(although you may not rehost it or directly link it)

Wow nice, I wonder if they'll eventually let you host the Tetris game?

Don't know... it's a "game"...

TI-Bank just got the official authorization to host some of the files that were leaked yesterday.

For now, only two of the sample Lua files. Maybe more during the week...

Enjoy!

Other Calculators / Re: A giant TI-Nspire prototype ?!!!

is there any way to connect an sd card to the nspire? :p maybe embedding a microSD reader, that'd be great....

There were many signs in the Nspire OS that an SD card reader was planned:
- a hidden "sd" folder
- several messages mentionning "sd/mmc" in the diagnostics software

Now with this photo, we get the proof.

The question now is:
- did TI totally remove that SD card reader?
- or did TI make it "external" through the dock connector?

I've found out more things about this "big prototype" thanks to the author.

Everything I know is now available here:

The author answered me.

It seems to be a development board intermediate between the CAS+ and the ClickPad.

The site owner has probably notice heavy downloads and taken it down.
But a mirror would be illegal.

Why?
Would it be more illegal than hosting old TI OSes/softwares for exemple? In what way?
