And maybe Critor will find some kind of working battery ( or at least energy source ). We should ask Datamath, though, about that. Maybe he has a spare one ?
I doubt I can do anything... Plugging an external power source would be possible but can be quite dangerous if we're not sure of the pins and specifications. The easier way will probably be to ask your contacts at TI-Dallas to check if they've got something like that in their drawers. http://www.datamath.org/Graphing/JPEG_PLT-SHH1.htm#battery

No problem for me: you can still send it to me and you'll get your non-CAS CX in exchange
That's great! I decide to send it via UPS. And I just want to wait for the PLT-SHH and send the two together to reduce the shipping cost, for the price of express is so high.
No problem - I'll send it to Adriweb as soon as I get it. And if you don't mind, I want to invite you to join the Chinese calculator community, cncalc.org. As a moderator, I will be very glad if you become a member of our community. English is allowed there. It'll be a pleasure

Critor, the NSpire Color has been arrived... And it's so unstable, usually showing a blue half screen of error information... And it's really slow...
If it's a software bug, I can probably deal with it. No problem for me: you can still send it to me and you'll get your non-CAS CX in exchange But could you show us a photo of the error information blue screen? Thanks.

You knew the whole time, you didn't say anything neither..
Ok, je sors encore plus vite et encore plus loin.
Except that when I left on thursday morning you had neither posted the fake image, nor told me you intended to troll Omnimaga. And when I came back on thursday evening, it had allready been found out that it was a fake and that you were the culprit. Now you have to release/perform something huge so that people will forgive you

Just leaked the TI-Nspire Color RS232 bootlog on TI-Planet: http://tiplanet.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=132766#p132766Although TI-Nspire Color prototypes identify themselves as TI-Nspire CX, they only have 32MB SDRAM like TI-Nspire CM or older TI-Nspire and not 64MB! Created Execution Context NavNet Ready. With only 32MB SDRAM, even if we manage to mod them into real production TI-Nspire CX, TI-Nspire Color owners will remain disappointed, especially with some Ndless programs.

Wow... 你的英语说得很好! And some people in the U.S. are saying that China doesn't teach English well... /random
Anyway, after getting the item, it should be relatively easy to ship it over. The only thing is that shipping will likely take weeks, and it may be subject to customs checking (海关检查), so try to pack it in a way that doesn't make it seem suspicious!
You just have to ship as 'gift'. Never had any problem with datamath.org.

BAD NEWS: The seller gave up opening the about screen because of the difficult steps... Maybe I should ask him some time later. Sorry, the keys above were incorrect. Once the calculator has booted he has to press successively: - 2 times the 'tool' key (last key in the top-right corner) - the right arrow key - '3' key GOOD NEWS: I finally got one of.the serial number: PV1-DVT1-000367
Mine was P1-DVT1-000150. So they are both CAS+ DVT1 prototypes. If the OS is a different version from mine, I'll be interested

Well he said he has about 30 nspire cas+ (!?) But since he doesn't know much about calculators, maybe he confused the type. And he doesn't know English...
Thanks for your reply The CAS+ DVT is the grey one which is missing a model name. No "CAS+" is printed on it. How many?

Nope, the quantity, as for the PLT, is only one, the seller said.
Ah, ok So it seems Adriweb absolutely wants that PLT. Nothern_snow, does the seller speak english ? Could you ask for the TI-Nspire CAS+ DVT serial number and OS/Boot1/Boot2 versions? http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10.1.4-8070068388.23.eq2k0K&id=20629380307Keys to be pressed to trigger the 'about' screen once the OS is running are the key with the tool (top-right), left, enter. Could you also ask for the TI-XXXXXXXXXXX Nspire CAS serial number and OS/Boot1/Boot2 versions? http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10.1.4-8070068388.11.eq2k0K&id=16274614104Note that it is possible that other Nspire/z80/68k calculators on sale are prototypes - but we'll need more informations/photos to be sure.

For Nspire CAS+ DVT/Color prototypes, I think the best way, if the vendor speaks english of if someone here speaks chinese, would be to ask the vendor for: - the serial numbers on the back - together with the OS/Boot1/Boot2 version (about screen) I can then list you what would be interesting or not according to which versions have allready been dumped/shared or not. But if he really has more than 100 of each, he probably won't do it...

I'd be interested in it, too, if you decided you didnt want it and there were some way to program it (in assembly). Northern_snow: where did you get 350元 from? It looks like it's 450元.
I didn't know there were any Chinese calculator forums
EDIT: Btw, who's zhengran14? Is it someone from here?
Oh yes it's 450 yuan. And zhengran14 is just a junior high school student in shanghai. OS 3.0.0.1045 Boot 1 & Boot 2 3.0.0
Mine has OS 3.0.0.0.
So 3.0.0.1045 is very interesting. Who buys it?
OK I'll buy it. (But I have another idea. Critor, I want to send this model to you and you send a production model to me, and I pay the shipping cost.)
Nice idea - no problem I'll pay the shipping cost for the production CX myself, don't worry about that.
