Although Ndless 3.1 is dead, it doesn't mean than Ndless and Nspire hacking are dead yet and are not being worked on.
Seeing what TI did those last months for the sake of exams and security, fixing many things and even things which were never exploited or misused (the J04/JTAG connector removed on HW-J/K, TNOC being forbidden with OS 3.6, new CAS check in OS 3.6 which does brick TI-Nspire DVT prototypes even if they are CAS...).
With all this, it's clear that TI is reading both TI-Planet and Omnimaga. So if anything is achieved, I can only tell you that you probably won't know about it before it is about to be released.

eh i thought it was the right thing todo, whats done is done. and based on the current return its clearly not going based off what you have tried to dictate so  lets see what happens!
Of course, you can't remove the judge rankings for the first three entries now.  But you could release the rest of the entries rankings. In my opinion, it's not very fair to have a ranking hint for some of the entries and not all of them before the public vote.

Chase Crispin has released a new video clip of his voice-enabled graphing calculator, the TI-84 Plus equipped with the Orion voice module. This time, he provides information about the 11 special keys onto the module. Among the video clip's contents is the audio configuration menu, accessible through the 'pref' key. Suprise! In fact the module contains voice data for multiple persons and we could just listen to 3 different voices at 3'25. A retranscription of the menu follows: Graph options

ExitPaul was the default speaker until now in our previous experiments, but there are others, with a gender parity for choosing one's companion, as the module provides: - 4 male voices: Paul, Harry, Frank and Dennis
- 5 female voices: Betty, Ursula, Wendy, Rita and Kate
Cats are said to have 9 lives, and the TI-84 Plus Orion voice module has 9 voices ;)Let's now discover all these voices one after another! ;) Given that the module already supports multiple voice tones, it should be even easier to add other languages in a future update! Yes, but even the 2012 firmware is not in these FTP folders.
If it's true that the Connectivity Kit did prompt for a firmware update, then it must look for it somewhere else.
