Music Showcase / Re: The song that I finished making now

Yeah I just took La Porte du Soleil, cloned the riffs and drum loops then changed them. I whipped this sample in about 15 minutes. :P

A few seconds took 15 minutes? wow, music making is hard :)

Nice. You should make one with the original percussion, though. It was quite nice too. It reminded me some Ys music :D

EDIT: Here's an example of what I mean attached below:

Your sample reminds me of some of your songs.

@Yeong: Very nice song :) I really liked it, but I think BuilderBoy's Improvements made it a little better :)

I hope you like it ;) Any questions just post.

Calculator C / Re: PDF Tutorial - Your first Nspire C program
« on: June 19, 2011, 02:55:44 pm »
awesome, I've always wanted this, it was the reason why I moved to OS 3, lack of documentation on coding in C for the Nspire.

Thanks thanks :D I will read it right away.

EDIT: I read it, is the tutorial Windows-Only? Well, the indicated software is, but well I will investigate.

Nemo, thanks a lot, I got this:

Code: [Select]
An error occurred in FullScreen: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid display mode
And I got true in the other one, my graphics card is OK.

Lua / Re: on.up() Event
« on: June 19, 2011, 12:53:21 pm »
on.up doesn't exist (unless you define it and make a function to call it).

Hm, it is listed in the Wiki, maybe I'll remove it.

Oh yeah color vids will be nice when Ndless arrives on the CX. I wonder, though: Would they be possible in Lua? I assume they would take much more space and have slightly lower FPS, right?
I think it would be pretty slow, as a 240*320 15 bit color takes a little while (under a second, but still slow) to load. It would probably be a frame rate of 2fps :/

I agree with Jim Bauwens, it would probably be very slow :(

I only read the ones for microwaves.

I read the ones for Nuclear Bombs.

Blah, I just realized Unity won't let my customize my panels :(

Unity has a few issues, but ask Jim Bauwens for some tips on how to tweak it to perfection :)
