Woah! O.O 64 MB of RAM is so much, we have 24 MB in the 84+ :P

That's just great :) Thanks for the info.

Computer Programming / Re: Lua Loop Defined By User

we have our WFRNG already for Lua. Are you going to port this to nspire lua?

This is not a WFRNG. This is a number guesser, in WFRNG there is no random number, it's the last one you choose.

Axe / Re: Memory Leak with Axe sub( ?
« on: May 31, 2011, 06:09:06 pm »
Code: (Axe) [Select]
Lbl A
sub(A)

Same thing :D

sub( is basically just CALL. That's all it is.

So that's not like Pause 0, it's really infinite or does it break or something?

I bumped the zStart thread to see if ThePenguin would add it there.
http://ourl.ca/10110/215064

Good idea, you even added other ideas. So @Keoni, there's a chance this could be done, but thepenguin may not be able to make it, but he's a wonderful coder, I hope he can.

Another trio of ideas, this time it's for hooks in the program editor:
[On] + [?] = Copy the current line.
[On] + [?] = Paste from the cache into the current line.  If Ans was a string from copy, it would act like Rcl-ing Ans, but without the quotes.
[On] + [?] = Bring up a menu of the current Lbls in the program so you can choose one and jump directly to it, like DCS' instant goto feature.  (reference to this.)

Oh thepenguin, if you could do that, it'd be pure epic =D

TI-BASIC / Re: Typing TI-BASIC/AXE in TokenIDE
« on: May 31, 2011, 06:05:51 pm »
Thank you so much. It is an incomplete list tho, i'll see if i can update it and simplify it to just include the commands that can be confusing!
Eg: I have already separated the commands that require square braces (eg: [sigmax]) from the rest

also about the panel. it can be very slow once you insert a long string for example a picture, each command takes about a second to update. maybe you could set it so that it wouldn't automatically update the tokens every time you type a character but there's a refresh button if you want to see the updated token/hex code?

Anyway this is kinda going off topic, well i mean this stuff should be in the official TokenIDE thread, if there is one. if there isn't one (except for this thread) then never mind what i just said.

That thread is right here.

Homing balls == targeting you instead of randomly bouncing

O.O AI, that's cool, but if they touch a wall or another ball, they should disappear, otherwise it's freaking impossible :P

I'd like to know how much memory the CX has and how much is free (let's say only the OS is there). Thanks

TI-BASIC / Re: How to get the most repeated value in a list?
« on: May 31, 2011, 06:01:00 pm »
It might list it as Mod, but I don't know if your 83+ also shows that when using 1Var. My casio shows it right beneath MaxX, above Mod:n and Mod:F

Yeah, TI seems to hate Mode, they don't have it neither on Nspire nor on 83+.

I thougth up a some features:
-Exploding balls
-Homing balls

What would exploding balls do, explode and hit you from a certain distance? That'd be cool.

No idea what homing balls are though.

I'd love scrolling to the end, or as Keoni recommended to some Label

I've just tested it on my calc, AND NOW MAH SCREEN DISPLAYS UPSIDE-DOWN (and it also turned the contrast all the way up)

Woah, really? But outside the program?

When compiling ZZZ.8xp, I get "prgmLVLTWO", file not found.

I think we need LVLTWO.8xp too :/
