Damn! My house has been flooded by peanuts! What should I do with all of these peanuts?

Eat 'em. :D

Alternatively, give'em to me :D

Nice, that might be useful to some people to quickly generate menus.

Personally I would probably use DCS guis, but your version has the ability to run without dependencies.

Is it normal that the generator program takes about 20 seconds to startup, though? ???

O.O 20 seconds?

It takes about 10 seconds to me. It's quite weird taking so long though.

Albert, Ashbad and I are working on those (at an unfortunately low rithm though).

Hahahahahahaha, we won. I am surprised that TI decided to make a fix to this OS.

TI Z80 / Re: Axe game : Living Balls
« on: April 23, 2011, 09:14:00 am »
The game was not called Living Balls... I had the idea of the name :P The original name was (I'll have to check on that).

Eitherway, it's looking pretty great! Nice to see the fixes since the beta and the physics are

The menu is also awesome!

I don't think I can make the syntax easy as I have to have a lot of information crammed into each line :( like LLVM IR, its not gonna be an easy thing to code in.

However, I will include Lo-OO, so it will be OOP -- but the way you'll code in it is much more different and much harder than you think. ;)

It's a form of Assembly, I actually expected it to be hard.

This looks nice. If you want any help I'll be glad to help. I can code python some C++ and C.
I can do some graphic stuff but I'm not too good at it

When will you release a beta for us to test?

This is coded in Dream Maker, which is technically a toolkit language meant for easy development of online games -- it's cool, but it has big limits such as no .exe format, it must be played only through BYOND accounts, etc.  In a way it's like Game Maker ;)

yeah, game maker is better IMO though. I don't mind creating an account to play this, though.

I am don't know much about assembly but I do see that something like this would definitely be a little easier to use if you made it OOP Language.
I don't know if this is possible but that is my main idea on the project

OOP Assembly seems promising indeed.

@DJ I'll think about it. Depends on how lazy I am with sprites :P

Also, would anybody mind if I brought my TweetBot into #Omnimaga? All it does is post @NananiMugenTeam's twitter tweets in IRC. I figure since not everybody has twitter, I'm not always active on IRC, and I will be posting stuff to this twitter account that may or may not be interesting/important/whatever, it could have its uses  :-X

I think you should PM an admin. In the meanwhile, let me follow you!

I also have infinite ram clears with recode :S

So I have a suggestion an exact replica of the NES Super Mario Bros like Super Mario 86 v0.95 SMB replica not like mario 2.0  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D on the ti-84 (not in color) or an NES :D :D :D emulator on ti-84 I know there is one for the ti-nspire but I don't have one  I would really like that!!!

I would actually suggest either trying out Mario 2.0 on ticalc.org (its in the 20 most downloaded games section, along with 1.2) or waiting for project M (which is NOT a good idea if you don't have many months of patience).  I also think another member is trying to port SMB 2, iirc.

But, if you wanna try to make one, I would encourage it ;) if so, good luck!

Well I use Mario 2.0 but I like nes better I am tring to make one but it will take me a llllllooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggg time!!!

NES :D :D :D emulator on ti-84 I know there is one for the ti-nspire but I don't have one  I would really like that!!!
this would be an insanely hard project, as the resolution is much, much higher on the NES, and it would probably require more space than the calculator has :P
If you were to try one of these projects, I would recommend ALOT of ASM knowledge.

well Super Mario Bros has been made on the ti-85 ti-86 ti-89 ti-92 and a NES emulator on the ti-nspire

Perhaps you should use this topic...

Computer Usage and Setup Help / Re: Linux

what is the best Linux to run.
It must be free

Yeah, most Linux are free :D

If you're used to Windows, I'd try Ubuntu, it won't shock you and it's pretty good (I use it).

If you are a terminal-freak go for Arch.

But there lots of them. I'd go for Ubuntu since it's the most popular one and you can easily find help with it.

Free? w000t I really have to give this a try.

I like that idea. Duly noted :)

Well, let's just hope I get at least a bare minimum in the next 1.5 weeks. I'd love to have some GOOD music when I demo my game. :P

Don't hesitate to ask for music sprites too!
