I never quite understood what "Kernel" is and how it's made. Of course learning it for a computer would be really hard so like I did for most things I thought I'd take a look at some (kernel?) for the 84+. http://knightos.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/knightos/I checked the KnightOS Source Code Repository to find some "kernel", but I didn't find any "kernel", only asm files. Well, I know Kernel is not a programming language, it is something else. I don't have a question here, but can someone give me some explanation of Kernel in the 83+ Context and General Kernel? Or maybe give me some useful links? Thanks!

OmnomIRC nur eine Verbindung zum IRC, und nicht jeder benutzt OmnomIRC, so müssen Sie über #omnimaga-de auf EFNet sprechen, wenn Sie mehr deutschen Volkes, um es nutzen wollen.

Appropriated video: Well, Android is so much better than iOS in everything, but mainly the market because it has many more free apps. What I mean is, on the iOS Store, most apps are paid, but not on the Android Market. Free apps are the best I think the iOS has an advantage too because [type something here]. Seriously, I can't think of anything that makes it better than Android. Well, I'm sure it has a few advantages I have a Vodafone phone with Android 2.2.

Hi, I am AHelper (1,2,3, and maybe more)
I am the developer of GlassOS. Because of that, I program the ti84pse in C, and rarely asm. I am right now busy getting a beta release done, and must run.
Oh AHelper, good that you join Omnimaga, welcome!

This looks nice, great work ephan!
Thanks a lot apcalc! Power-ups are when the player gets additional abilities/powers. They are also items that induce such powers in the player. In the case of your game, power-ups could fall down like blocks and the player would have to catch them. There also need not just be power-ups; you could have items that reduce the player's abilities. An example of a power-up would be an item that makes the blocks fall slower when the player catches it.
I see, that's actually very easy to implement, I'll just have items falling instead of just blocks. I make another array with "blocks" (items) that fall at a lower rate than blocks. When the contest is finished, I'll go ahead and add that, because right now I'm quite busy and can't do it, thanks for the suggestion though

I am running the non-gui script, and I get an error about permissions. I am running it as "sudo bash run_en" and after giving the name of the flash, it gives an error.
You need to do: sudo chmod +x ./nspire_emu.exe Oh wait, and concerning running the script, +x it and run it as ./run_en

Hmm, maybe I'll set it up on my computer, can be quite handy for testing (no need for an actual nspire).
@Levak, your rating is 42
Not anymore, I + him for making this program.

sammyMaX, I use nspire_emu very easily on Linux, go over at #nspire-lua in irc.efnet.net and we'll explain you. Levak made a tool that makes it much simpler I can't recall the name though :S

OH MY GOD IT'S ZEDA, ONLY 19 DAYS TILL YOU RETURN Now back to topic , the USB is well-documented (by us, not by TI), but is indeed very complex. Also it shouldn't be compared to Axe because it's not compiled, but I think BatLib was just as fast as non-optimized Axe. The best about Grammer over Batlib (I must resay) is the extra columns

I suggest you go ahead and learn LÔVE Engine, to learn more about game making.
There's also XNA, which is already on his list .
Sorry if I'm a bit fanatic here, but I think LOVE is better because it's cross-platform. But XNA is also recommendable, I heard it's quite fast to make full games with it.

A pure game developer Builderboy wants to be like that too. I suggest you go ahead and learn LÔVE Engine, to learn more about game making.
