Why didn't you go to Portugal and warn ScoutDavid that you couldn't come and made him very sad?
I had to reread this a couple times to understand it. Lol scout. If I ever need to get out of the country you'll be the first person I call.
Not me?
DJ, it's just a matter of being cool! Nah, you're cool j/k

I have a (fairly large) bug report:
Try this code compiled to no-shell:
([01234567])*2→A For(E,0,7) Text(E*10,0,nib{A+E}>Dec) End
It will do what it's supposed to, which is display 01234567 in a row.
Now try compiling it to an app. It'll display some numbers that are *not* 01234567
How do you compile somthing to an App? Can it be done? WOW EDIT: I just noticed, is it a shell?

Okay, that's a good suggestion.
Ok, I've been noticing your sign many times, and decided to check this project.
I have one question: how different is CASIO-Basic from TI-Basic?
Casio-BASIC was designed like TI-BASIC should have been. It has a lot of useful commands, the company doesn't hate third party programmers, and the underlying hardware actually increases the capabilities of the language. In theory, it's like an extended version of TI-BASIC. In reality, it's still a lot more capable than TI-BASIC, but you'll pay the price in speed. Most Casio-BASIC commands operate even more slowly than TI-BASIC.
EDIT: Wait, I answered another question entirely
Real answer: It's not terribly different. There are a few quirks to get used to and more commands, but that's about it.
Is there Assembly too (probable)? Any third-party programming language? Oh! Is there C? It looks like Casio bets on what Texas won't give programmers

good sirs you are what you eat, they say.
Youre new avatar is extremely cool. I need to change avatar, you are getting bored, right?
I can help you on that. Just ask, I have so many good ones I can hand out to people...
Great! That's very good! Do you have any pre-made avatar? I'm starting to hate this camel!

Yeah, back in the days, people usually cross-posted their projects on multiple sites. MaxCoderz was usually avoided for pure-BASIC games and UTI for hybrid, though, because those were not received well on those sites. Basically you showcase your work where you can and where you judge it's best. I personally try to cross-post updates on stuff I work on here and Cemetech so it reaches a wider audience. Eventually, people just come to check your stuff.
By posts per day which is the most TI active forum? Just wondering. If you upload them to ticalc.org you'll have lots of success too, I'm sure of that.

Off-topic, but to the two people who are not speaking in english above, I would ask you to provide english translations of what you are saying in your posts in the future if you use the english section so that people won't need to use Google translate to know what is being discussed, especially forum moderators.
Btw is it true that Norton improved a lot lately? I remember back then it was almost considered as the bane of computers and internet. It usually detected virus once they were on the computer and not even half of the recent stuff, so it was pretty much useless, plus it spammed your desktop with notices about how it will expire and to buy the full version as soon as possible. I remember some people even said Microsoft Antivirus was better than Norton Antivirus.
Norton is an expensive anti-virus at the moment, so I hope it is good. Sorry for talking portuguese, but it's the 8th most spoken language in teh world, there should be an omnimaga.pt just for it! j/k

I think you should buy the Clickpad version to play and homebrew and program?. I recommend having the 84+ Keypad to play too. As for school, the Clickpad is fine

Split screen is a bit annoying when you have a small TV, though. Otherwise it's great. I like playing games with friends, though, because it's easier to plan stuff. When you play with random people, sometimes they may all have a different strategy in mind. In Starcraft II, you can decide "Ok, 2 zergs and 1 protoss. Let's rush them hard!" or "Ok, I'm going air, mass zerglings and you get hydras/roaches", while when playing with random people, you have to plan after game started, which is slow and sometimes someone will just do what he wants. In team games, it's not just skills that matters, it's team work.
Also I heard that Black Ops online gaming is epic.
Black Ops fixed all Modern Warfare's 2 stupid things. I hated MW2, totally hated, it had lots of unfair things and stuff to be fixed. The Black Ops just fixed all my PERSONAL complaints, did Activision enter my brain? This was a very good thing!

In the Axe section there should be plenty of topics about Appvar management.
Thanks, TODAY during class, I made a few work on Farmville, and it was very good, you could plant and unplant things, with 4 sprites, very good ones and an average interface. However, an infinite loop in program made it crash and I resetted the calculator, and Axe's Backup was not the most recent one and it looks like the recent files all went back? Any way to avoid this? Remove keyboard, maybe? I'm so pissed off!

Well, crash recovery is when it realizes it crashed at boot time, and offers to try and recover. It only tries once, though, so you won't get trapped. It may not work very well, but I guess we will see.
I think that a less-crashable-OS-than-Texas's would be a perfect advertisement for KnightOS and it could get famous JUST because of that

Disassembling currently executing code at debug-time. Like WabbitEmu.
Oh! That looks really cool, because there will be an emulator, right?

Well, I intend to make a real-time disassembler for stepping into OS calls and other things missing code, which would be limited in its power.
So, disassembling OSs?
