General Discussion / Re: The (new) DJ Omni Music Torrent!
« on: November 27, 2010, 09:29:14 am »
Could someone list every available tracker for this torrent? Download doesn't start at all for me, it remains at 0.0%.

EDIT: Nvm now there'S 1 seeder but it goes on and off and downloads very slowly.

You need help with seeding? I could do that, no problem!

Ndless / Re: Ndless 1.7 for TI-Nspire
« on: November 27, 2010, 09:27:46 am »
One small issue I have had with Ndless 1.7:

When I turned my Nspire on, I found that Ndless was uninstalled, even though the calculator was not reset.  I just reinstalled Ndless and this was fixed.

Got something similar today.
I ran particles and then turned the calculator off.

While turning it on, the calculator just rebooted.

The 1.7 OS rebooting is quite fast... some secunds.
So maybe you didn't notice it.

Juste happened to me once today, though.

Hum, when you turn off the calculator, it resets?

Remember it just happened to me once today.
I've turned the calculator off and then back on dozens of times today without any problem.

Yes, but even though what extendeD wants is a bug-less version for 1.7, a stable release, so pretty much everything matters :S

Not bug-less but stable.
Bug-less is probably impossible for now.

But it is very stable.
I'm even compiling for Ndless and testing directly on calc.

I was just stating that your "when you turn off the calculator, it resets" was not an accurate description of what happened to me.
And without accurate descriptions, we cannot correct bugs.

Yes, a stable not a bug-less release.

Sorry, I misunderstood your problem, but everything seems to be working great at the moment :)

Some people (rare) post all they do there

There's a website, it looks quite cool, I'm gonna make my own SourceForge project too (Formulum). It looks better than Google Code:

going today to all technology stores nearby like radioshack and best buy to see what they have.  if best buy doesn't have it, I'm sure radio shack will have something.  Thing is, if they just have a 3.5 to usb thing, I'll buy a 2.5 to 3.5 mm converter methinks.  so, 85% chance I can share progress with this and release pyyrix tonight.

At least I really hope.

Great day for you and for us, then, PYyrix!

Planned for next update: a menu, hopefully with some options (hole can go off the field, two walls going through the middle, ability for full speed mode)

If I get really into this, I might also do power-ups or something ;)

Hum.. Have you thought about an option to make balls colide with each other?

That would be interesting too :)

Kay, that makes sense.
And for BASIC, is that Pure BASIC or Pure and Hybrid BASIC?

I have no idea what the difference is, didn't even knew there were too, so I await a response from someone who is more acknowledged than I am, sorry.

What does Revelation Programmer mean?

The programmer which is new in community, usually just a few months, and is very good at what he does. Let's say, the best newbie?
For example, TI-Dks, arrived one day posted awesome epic GIFs a week after, so that's why I nominated him

Hmm for some reasons, if this had more of a 8 bit or xylophone sound, it could actually fit in a RPG that is a bit humoristic. Stuff like Earthbound maybe. Are you gonna post more songs soon? Also is Guitar Pro mostly a MIDI editor or if it lets you create songs like GarageBand, Magix Music Maker, Sony ACID, Lmms, FL Studio, Music 2000 and Ableton Live?

GuitarPro6 is more commercial, so it tends to be better at making modern real music.

Also, I'm using GUitarPro's RSE (Real Sound Engine), guitar pro for me used to be a classic music composer, it's for people who know tabs guitar and normal ones and know music, it's not that easy to make music.

I'm making .midis because it's the easier think to export to, also for people to put in calculator is easier.

New Song? Oooh!

It's called 'Dabest', feedback on songs please, are they comical enough? Maybe longer, hein?

Hey guys, for fun, I'm gonna make an album of songs, my first album ;'(

Well, it will be made of 10songs all started with letter D.

This is a preview of my comical/annoying/stupid/enjoyable songs, this is, my first song, made using GuitarPro5.

Good luck not dying while hearing it!
