Official Contest / Re: [BULLETIN] Cage Matches

There shouldn't be any problem unless you're in the middle of writing a contest entry.

No, it's just that TI basic sucks and I just realized it and Axe ftw lol

On IRC a couple of days ago (just after I hacked my Casio) i mentioned one of the games I saw on casiocalc.org (look for "BallGame" on this page).
The object is to move the gap in the dividing wall up and down to sort the balls: black on the left, white on the right.  Once you win, you can try again with one more ball than before.
It chooses black/white at random so it may be unbalanced.
Collision detection with the wall can be better, I'm kind of at a loss about what's causing the problems for the moment :P
I might spice up some graphics as well.
I also need to come up with a better title...

TWHG is still going, I'm just taking a break from it.

EDIT: Update here. (V2)

Omg, I love that game!
Awaiting a 8xp to play a lot ;)

Looks very good, congratulations!

Nice :D

Thanks

I was working on leaning blender too, starting last Sunday. I made a nice dice in there, but blender crashed as it rendered, so I have to remake it.

@Scoutdavid: If you enable smooth shading, and subsurf the mesh, it looks a whole lot better.

OOoooh Thanks much for advise

New image, this time made using Google Skechup:

52: Your microwaves food has to be 2D, because the graph system can't support 3D food.

1. Sorry for double post, it's not past a certain amount of hours (6,right?), but editing the above post makes no sense to me, and well I hope you understand.

Here's an image, called torus master because it's made of many torus, in blender:

The lighting of image sucks, I know...

This is the original one:

General Discussion / Re: The (new) DJ Omni Music Torrent!
« on: November 23, 2010, 07:38:57 pm »
nope not back. I just felt like my lu[|kY numB3R has been going around too much and I feel a sense of urgency to get it off.

Also, you may not realize it, but for some people they get torrent downloads much faster because they rely on each others bandwidth instead of how fast you can download it from wherever your zip file is hosted. This may not be true for all, but for some torrent downloads can reach up to 1 MB/s!

and.. Also, my computer is still for sale, so you may not get to see me much more even less :(
but alas, I still like to program in my free time! :p

Yes, torrent+zip is the best option!

Please, I hope you understand. I don't want to continue using my errmm... (special number) to be used as a tracker any more. I will create a new torrent and upload it when it's made. I hope you all understand. This also means you'll have to either rely on DHT or peer discovery or local peer to seed, until the other 2 remaining trackers work. I'm sorry i have to do this, but I don't want to risk anything any longer.

This post will be edited when the new torrent is created.

You're back!

Anyways, besides the torrent we now have a zip file to download, check another thread I made :)

Wacky Fun Random Numbar Generator OS for the TI-83/84+ Released!
One of the greatest programs to ever grace the world of calculators is the Wacky Fun Random Numbar Generator.  It is the pinaccle of gaming excellence and the high point of all TI calculator hacking.  However, although it is amazing, there is one drawback - even though you only use your calculator to play it, your calculator comes with all these other useless features in TIOS, such as math, graphing, and other things that are not WFRNG.  But finally, you can rid yourself of that useless junk by using Wacky Fun Random Numbar Generator OS!  WFRNGOS brings all the greatness of WFRNG to your calculator without the need for anything else!  Don't worry - if you ever tire of WFRNG (which you won't), WFRNGOS leaves your archive intact and you can put TIOS right back where it came from, if you choose, leaving all of your programs and apps intact (at least those that are archived).  Don't forget to send yourself the original WFRNG when you've restored TIOS!
Ready to unleash the power of Wacky Fun Random Numbar Generator OS onto your calculator?  You can download it here: Download

Please be *careful* when installing this.  Be sure to back up your calculator and install the right version for you.

AWESOME, KOS sucks when compared to this j/k

You think we could have those colours on Prizm?

so 2008 was a devastating year... what happened?
I believe that people said that everything had been accomplished for the 83+ series and any new idea was deemed "impossible".  This is just from hearing people talk about it; I came in May 2009, so I'm not your best source. :)

Yeah, I came in ... May 2009 ... as well, but from what I've heard it was a pretty rough year. It was just after Cemetech's Jatol incident, Omnimaga was down for a few months, the community was pretty quiet, without many new releases of anything. Basically, we kinda died, and now we're back.

I came in September 2010, that's when omnimaga got cool, nah J/K.
