Lol i know what that does. Yeah mainly when people think of russians they think communism. Its the same with the AK-47 because it is mainly associated with communism.

Communists!!AK-47 ---------------> ----> -------------------------------------> Nazis
Communists -> :D

Hey guys, I'm Russian and not afraid to admit it (look at my avater). I play video games mainly on PC and on Steam. My steam ID is CoRRoDe. http://steamcommunity.com/id/zzcorrode/    is my steam community website. I have Black Ops and UT3. I might start calc programming. I am learning java to program on the Android OS for smartphones.

COMMUNISM! HURRAY! Nah, just kidding.

And by the way, not ALL russians are COMUNIST, but they are associated with it, though.

You want to start calc. programming?

Those are great Scout and Builderboy!  Nice job! ;D

O_O those are pretty awesome, Scout. I'll prolly use one. Nice to see you contributing!

I like those scout, I think some could also be used as video backgrounds on Youtube.

My favorites are the 4th, 5th and 8th.

Thanks everyone! I'm better at abstract drawing with Photoshop than precise images, and I always thought it was bad, but sometimes it can be useful, though, like here!

no, output puts that on the homescreen.  I would suggest doing a Text() command for that too.

Yes, or an image, because I wanted the title to be BIG :s

Looks fun, but too hard.

Also, remember people the key to choose options, Z, it was hard to find :)

Nspire CAN use Wi-Fi?

I think you need cables, from what I saw on the images, but the title makes it look like:;

WTF WI-FI?

By the way, aren't there USB adpaters?

Code: [Select]
:Fix 5
:[080808082A1C0800]->Pic1
:Output(0,0,"Ioes Positivos
:Text(0,15,"Aluminio
:Text(0,22,"Amonio
:Text(0,29,"Bario
:Text(0,36,"Calcio
:Text(0,43,"Chumbo
:Text(0,50,"Cobalto (II)
:Text(0,57,"Cobalto (III)
:Pt-Change(40,45,Pic1

The Output ("Ioes Positivos") is not showing up, I can't use Output when using Fix5 and DispGraph, right?

Ouch, I hope you can manage to keep it at decent speed. In the worst case, maybe you could ditch grayscale?

From what I've seen of the game (screenies), the grayscale is NOT that needed, so it is a good option :)

I'll maybe have an idea, to setup the parental control to let me only download .8xp files, and to run wabbit... that's how I could cope with the problem, but just short-term effect :/

Parent control sucks, why don't you tell them that you need programs for your calculator for school and classes?

I mean, it shouldn't be that hard :s

On the other hand, you can hack the parental control :P

Gaming Discussion / Re: Black Ops

Ah, I got Black Ops and play that mainly now but I will occasionally work on it. The idea is that its on the side of a canyon with a waterfall. VCTF.

I tried black ops at a friend's and looks much better than Modern Warfare 2, so I would go:

Black Ops>Modern Warfare 1>Modern Warfare2

:D

Hey everyone, I'm working in a project for my class and friends, who which a program to display all the ions we need, so it's a chemistry program.

The code is in portuguese, but that's not very relevant for you, it's just ion names.

I got to a doubt now:

Code: [Select]
:[080808082A1C0800]->Pic1
:Output(0,0,"Ioes Positivos
:Text(0,15,"Aluminio
:Text(0,22,"Amonio
:Text(0,29,"Bario
:Text(0,36,"Calcio
:Text(0,43,"Chumbo
:Text(0,50,"Cobalto (II)
:Text(0,57,"Cobalto (III)
:Pt-Change(40,45,Pic1ยด
:DispGraph

This will display only the image, a down-arrow and not the text.
Can both be displayed at the same time?

Thanks in advance,

David

Site Feedback and Questions / Re: Just an Idea - initial post on every page
« on: November 17, 2010, 03:35:43 pm »
looks like we have a good general idea of the public opinion... thanks guys!
And i know, DJ-Omni that it would be good for some topics but not good for others...
eg: most of the randomness topics wouldn't need one... but the calc game development topics would benefit becuz the author could note to everyone else the newest version of their program....

I have another idea... Possibly a subtitle or abstract of the topic?
Hmm topic descriptions might be good actually. Might be hard to implement, site-wide, but maybe I'll consider it in the future. I kinda like the important topic idea, though. Maybe someone with PHP knowledge in the Omnimaga staff or channel ops could eventually write a SMF mod that does it.

PHP, forums always need it, in forums usually you only have to change something in order for it to be available in the whole site :)

I fixed the ednesday glitch earlier today (didn't notice it earlier, because the current screen erasing routine was written on Thursday last week...) The fix isn't uploaded yet, though (TI-Connect refuses to connect with my calc right now).

Also, adding an option to set the time might be a bit tricky. The code is not designed for going to a second screen while the program is running and then go back, but I'll see if it's possible to make something anyway.

Great, hope you can make it, though!
