ASM / Re: Really Long Source Code
« on: July 24, 2011, 04:56:29 pm »
Today I had the opportunity to read gcc.c and python.c and more files of the source code of GCC and Python.

Python's Source Code is very well organized and very well commented, but GCC is just crazy O.O

Thanks for sharing DJ, I don't personally love it, but it's still a good remix of several songs (I don't like most of the songs in particular, but the final result is more or less good) (only listened to the first video).

* Darl181 wrote mine not in one minute, but two...?

Personally I prefer not to go into the ascii art and stuff, normally I open a readme to figure out how to use something :P
I've drafted a few "MSD8X-friendly" readmes (because the new msd8x can only view the first graphscreen-sized page of a txt, which is about the second the second line of this post :/ ) which just jump right to the important parts.

The ASCII Art for the title is okay in my opinion, it actually looks good when it's good.

Is this something fixable? I wonder if we should report it to Quigibo.

The speed is 115200 baud.
I'll try to make a little example soon :)

Oh and if it requires a system (with hardware and stuff) please post the scheme :)

Some of them had the editor width thing, which I had never seen. Others had wonderful ASCII art. That's what I'm referring too.

A subroutine is called like:

Code: [Select]
sub(DD, A, "HELLO", C, 5)
In this example, A is r1, "HELLO" is r2, C is r3, 5 is r4.

I once needed more arguments...

It's going to be faster, we all know that. But it's doable, right? I think that's his point.
