Merth, was the slider updating bug fixed (because of Mono)? Thanks
Not sure what you mean.
TokenIDE ran very slow on Linux using Mono and you said it's because of the sliders updating and then someone at Cemetech suggested a way of fixing that. Did you?

That's what I call an evil PM, that guy is really hateful, I never met him but wow that PM is too strong, he's a coward and deserves no respect from anybody. Sorry DJ, I hope you ignore him.

I think he means that if Ndless 3 comes it'd be good to have an on-calc text editor with a LUA>TNS Converter. Keep it simple

I just thought a bit about it and I'm pretty sure it is possible to convert TNS files to the original LUA code. Afterall, we have programs that do the opposite.
I gave it a try and managed to do it. However, I can't particularly claim it *always* works. I think it works if one didn't use TI's Tools to create it. If one used third-party tools then it works (or so I believe). Nevertheless, it's a pretty useful tool, coded in Python.
It basically opens a TNS file and creates a new text file with the Lua Code.
Here's how it is used:
python tns2lua.py MyFile.tns MyCode.txt
Replace MyFile.tns and MyCode.txt with the name of the TNS file you want to decode and the text file you want the code to be saved in respectively.
Attached is a ZIP Archive with a ReadMe and the program.

Downgrading Pocket and emulating other calcs on it? Sweeeet, nice job BrandonW!
I don't think this allows us to emulate other calcs... You can't just take the boot code from another calc and expect it to work, because of all the small hardware differences.
Can't we emulate the 84+ and 83+ OSs?

I like how you kick the box. It looks great!
There could be some animation there, but it's ASCII so it's not feasible.

I personally think that {°A}+(X^3°port+9[30]#Realloc(°W){°r1*6,2[23]}+°Θport→{{A}r} was hard enough for me But it was deciphered

The only problems are the icons are not very well polished, mainly Steam's and Omnimaga's. You could also use Facebook's most recent logo (or is that it?).

It's not worse that RickRolling, because it doesn't stay in my mind for a long time like RickRolling does. But it's still a funny song

An Axe disassembler is nearly impossible for the following reasons:
-You lose the names of Pointers, Labels, and Variables -You lose comments and code formatting -You can't tell if specific data was a string, or number list, or sprite, or picture, etc. -Each new version of axe changes the routines used so the disassembler would have to be rewritten each version -Peephole opts make it even more difficult to disassemble. -Axioms, inline assembly, and other things like that would not translate
It is however, fairly trivial to disassemble it to assembly, and then map native Axe routines and variable locations to the assembly program. But you would definitely not be able to turn it back into Axe language unless you do it by hand or something.
Can someone make an Axe dissasembler (dissasembles Asm programs and gives source code) on calculator? That would be nice
Will do.
And this is SirCmpwn challenging the Universe limits! I wish him good luck although it is very unlikely to get fairly accurate code.

The only problem with Lua is we can't have smooth keypressing like with Axe and Z80 ASM for the 83+ Series. That makes pretty much all classic games not possible to recreate. So finding a proper contest entry is tough
