If the screwdriver was waved over a coil on the mobo, it could create an electric current. I dunno if it could get powerful enough to fry anything, though.

For me, doom didnt work on os 1.7 with ndless 2.0 either. I think it has to do with the new directory system of my documents.

Welcome ... George W. Bush! Enjoy your stay! Ndless 2.0 will run programs compiled for ndless 1.7, but not 1.0/1.1. As you are a clickpad user, you can use basically any program, but not all programs support the touchpad.

Cool! Are these character numbers in Unicode?

^What he said, but do this with everything. Start with the mobo and psu, nothing else, then see if you can hear the "no ram" beep code. Then, add more stuff, one at a time, starting with ram, then the video card, and disk drives.
I also thought of another thing - check if the CPU fan is plugged in, the mobo may be detecting this and refusing to boot.

The GOP is the Republican party in the U.S. But lets try not to turn this into a discussion about politics.

You have to figure out the interface it uses - USB or pci express, and then get the appropriate converter.

DS emulation is next to impossible, because there is two CPUs, and a gpu to emulate. Not to mention how awkward playing a game that uses the touchscreen would be on a calc.

Plus, they'll have a Li-Ion built in, so it should get 6-8 hours at the least, unless they really skimped (which, judging by the backup for the touch models. they didnt)
I hope they implement my suggestion I sent to TI-Cares. SD Card adapter slide case (think like the lab kit, but SD card slot.)
I got a reply back, and it said they will definitely pass along my suggestion, so we can hope
If it's a li ion battery, then after 5 or so years, schools will have to replace all (!) of their batteries because the calc won't last even a whole class period without recharging.

It's just you. A program such as firefox, with all it's features takes up about 15mb of disk space.

Could you convert the expression to a string and output that?

I usually have enough parts laying around at any given time to build a computer. The main processor I have multiple of is a Pentium 4 2.66ghz. Not too bad of a chip in my humble opinion. If I don't have certain parts like heatsink clips I will just use zip-ties to hold it together. On one I had to use the zip-ties to hold the heatsink and a screw to hold in the fan. Works quite nicely. In the future I want to build up a nice machine that will do anything I throw at it. At the moment my dream config would be an i7 with at least 8gb of RAM and 1tb hard drive. Biggest hard drive I have ever owned is in this laptop and is 320gb.
Make sure those zip ties are down tight, or you might hear a sizzling sound coming from your CPU.

Two droids are better than one. Take it to an Apple store to get the battery replaced someday, and see the look of shock on their faces.

I'm not opposed to a smaller screen if it means this thing will fit in my pocket. I bet it also improves battery life as opposed to a larger screen.
The backlight for the color screen is going to render the battery savings from the smaller screen useless. Then again, TI might have used more efficient components this time around seeing how bad the battery life on current models is compared to an 84.

The USB cable works with TI connect, I've tried it. However, the earlier oses will not work, you have tu use at least 1.4
