I learned a similar explanation for the volume of a sphere: if you enclose the sphere in the smallest cylinder possible, it takes up exactly 2/3 of the space, so then you just need to find the volume of the cylinder and multiply it by 2/3.

I'M not sure. It seemed like it was them that wanted info on how we did our stuff.
Also while they may be more open to third-party development (not sure yet), they should really spend more effort at optimizing their BASIC interpreters. Heck, maybe someone could write a new one and send it to them?
That needs to be done for the nspire too.

The only problem is if you fail when messing with boot2, you brick your calc.
Technically, I think there is a way to send boot2 over RS232 cable
That is from the maintenance menu, it was intended for upgrading, not recovering from a brick.

No, it's not. gcc was made in c, I believe, though the worlds first compiler would have to be in asm, of course.

This is good that we can run our own code, but bad as the sdk wouldve included an emulator.
