TI-Nspire / Re: notepad for the nspire

We could then do on-calc programming, but it's not easy to make a C Compiler on-calc.
You just use a C compiler to compile the C compiler.
Funny how that works, isnt it? :P

I believe you can check all of the keys after you do the division, but yeah, boot2 is our priority.

Now, there's tesselation, which is even better because you can get as many polygons as your graphics card can handle, giving you the same effect.
I just wanted to figure this out for a [possible] calc project, so theres probably not going to even be lighting.

That might just be your batteries. Ive used the same set of batteries with ncaster for hours back when I was working on 3d maze.

Well, he's picked up on the 83/84 emu, so maybe he'll return to this someday.

Ndless / Re: General Ndless Questions and Support
« on: January 07, 2011, 04:54:30 pm »
Right now, ndless 1.7 is oficially released, you can download it fully compiled on ticalc.org. All you have to do to intall ndless is "open" your ndless document on the calc, and it installs itself. Now, you can run programs by simply opening them in the My Documents screen. Ndless programs are usually made in C or ARM asm, if you want to start programming, there is a tutorial on Hackspire.

Read carefully, and you'll notice apcalc said "the reverse is also true" ;)

Ndless / Re: Ndless 2.0 for TI-Nspire Clickpad/Touchpad

There are no binaries on purpose because then people who don't know what they're doing and don't understand the risks of using beta software could screw up their calc. No offense to you, though.

Did you remember to add the ndless directory to your PATH variable?

A
Please excuse my ignorance, but will 1.7 programs work on 2.0, because I'd love to try this, but I want to use gbc4nspire as well.

Yep! :)

All Ndless 1.7 programs are compatible with Ndless 2.0, with the reverse of this also being true (unless the touchpad keypad is being used; this may cause some problems with Ndless 1.7 programs with Ndless 2.0)! :)
Are you sure ndless 2.0 progs work on 1.7? I just get a reboot when I run ndoom.

Good luck finding the rechargeable battery if it doesn't come with the calc, though. Apparently it's incredibly hard to find in retail stores.
Is it really needed? It should work just fine with normal AAA batteries (I've only checked Eneloops but fail to see why any other models may refuse to work).
It is optional, and goes in its own compartment for additional battery life. The biggest reason to get it would be charging over USB.

I would do some research, see if an emu like vba ever had those problems, and find out what was done to fix it.

Lol, I lost the game near the beginning when the guy moves. Was that intentional?

Meh who cares. Thanks though. Gonna order it soon. Along with that nifty rechargeable battery.
The battery pack you may be able to find an equivalent model elsewhere for less, unless it uses a proprietary connector.
