I just replaced the CPU type too. I was compiling a C program with it. Tomorrow, I'll try it with ndless 1.7.

How did you get it to work? I tried it a while ago with ndless 1.0 and it made the calc crash.

I found a brainfuck compiler on ticalc.org. Not knowing what it was, I googled it. Apparently, it is a super-minimalist language with only 8 operators. Anyone tried it yet?

1042. You can only do mental math in binary or hexadecimal, you need to use a pencil and paper to work out 6x7 in decimal.

Calculator C / Re: nspire-ld question« on: December 07, 2010, 05:56:04 pm »
Sorry for the double post, but the problem is back again.
Now, after I changed tank to tanksprite in sprites.c and game.c, I get the same error. I am not using a header file for sprites.c, just putting #include "sprites.c" at the top of game.c. Could this be why? 1386

Odd ... I never declared anything called tank in game.c. Changing the name in sprites.c worked, though.
Thanks for the help! Also, I noticed your respect was at +84 1387

Read this. It was done on an 84SE, but really, it applies to all calcs. (Except for the Prizm, of course.)

It seems so - ticalc.org has 238 downloads, and omnimaga, 25.
Also, I found an issue. The installer hangs when the calc is plugged into a computer. 1389

There was a topic on it. Basically, when you turn the LCD contrast up and down very fast, the screen turns blue.

Computer Usage and Setup Help / Re: building a computer!« on: December 06, 2010, 09:12:31 pm »NVIDIA GeForce GT 230 1536 MB. It has high memory, but I'm not sure if it's good otherwise. Some 32 MB cards trumps 128 MB ones. Example: my old Intel Celeron 128 MB card has no pixel shader 2.0 support, but some 32 MB cards do, it seems.Yeah, makes sense. With nvidiA cards, cards ending in 300/30 and below are low end, for just video acceleration and the most basic of games, 400-600 is for budget gaming, and 700+ is high end. And with two series, the performance boost for the card with the same suffix is not very big, so a 7900gtx can beat a 9400gt. I don't even get why a low end card needs so much memory, it has the same amount as a gtx 480. 1394

For that, you don't need to do anything. Just run assembly like you would on a real 84.
