Something else I thought of, could Nleash be intergrated into this, so if a user has the 2.1 os, the installer sends the Nleash file and instructs the user to open it.

You should use screenbuffers when you have any animation. For still images, or just text, its fine not to.
To allocate one, use:
char* scrbuf = (char*) malloc(SCREEN_BYTES_SIZE);and put scrbuf in function arguments.

The lack of color, on the other hand, makes some of the puzzles in Oracle of the Ages tricky. Then again, hoping for a color calculator would be too much.
I didn't think the lack of color made much difference, red, blue, and yellow still translated to different shades of gray. For me it was the lack of sound. I hate you, goron dance game!

Blockdude and Trapped should be merged in the same game. The trapped engine is backwards compatible with blockdude levels. Also, external level support would be nice.

Awesome graphics! If smooth scrolling and sprite animations were added, it would make this game.
BTW, why is there an empty column on the right side of the screen? Also, how did you get the message boxes to show up without displaying the my documents screen in the background?
