You are getting errors from newlib then. Make sure you have the latest version of GCC.

Are you having trouble with 64-bit (or possibly 32-bit) integer division? Is there a compiler error when you do so?

Yeah, they are twice the size of lego blocks in each dimension. I remember having some but IDK where they are now :(

Calculator C / Re: Ndless Program Puts Nspire into Load

The clock shows when an OS interrupt is running. I know "TCT_Local_Control_Interrupts(0);" enables interrupts, but idk what value will disable them.

Well, you should be fine then with at least hundred-thousand digit numbers.

You could edit the array with the font (though that will take quite a bit of work), but I think someone just discovered an OS routine to display text at an arbitrary location on the screen, which is worth looking at, but I don't remember the thread :(

I don't think it is possible to show the amount of free RAM right now, but unless you are using amounts into multiple megabytes, there shouldn't be a problem. How much RAM does your program use? The largest executable I made was 100kb in size, and that runs fine. Just keep away from large arrays of static variables and you'll be fine.

My God.
Sir can be...not the best person at times, but this does not seem like him. Is there any possibility his account was cracked?
I emailed him about this and he said

Nope, totally me.

IDK about Lua, due to the number of calculations and particles.

Calculator C / How do I write directly to the flash memory on an Nspire?
« on: August 17, 2011, 02:25:53 pm »
I want to put random garbage at flash page 0x0020, (for the purpose of corrupting boot2  >:D) how do I accomplish this? Also, is overwriting the boot2 supported in the emulator? (for the purpose of testing to make sure I overwrite the right thing)

TI-Nspire / Re: TI-Nspire GB Emulator
« on: August 17, 2011, 01:02:46 pm »
Because computer screens (at least the ones that everybody uses nowadays) have very fast response times, usually less than a hundredth of a second. The exact same thing is being sent to the screen on both the calc and the emulator, it is the physical characteristics of the nspire's screen that causes the blurriness. There's nothing we can do about it short of opening up the calc and replacing the screen with a better one.

You can't update the OS on the nspire's emulated 84+.

It is supported in later OS versions, I know 1.7 and over is supported for a fact.
