Calculator C / Re: C Q&A Thread« on: July 11, 2011, 05:39:43 pm »
New question? Why is my program giving me this error in the emulator:
data abort exception, lr=1107a4d0 the calc then resets. Apparently, that means my program tried to write to an illegal memory address, so how do I stop it from doing so? 665

It should support sending itself to other calculators. Spread the Cat!!! (leaving behind a trail of calculators that can't do anything but play the nyan cat animation)

TI-Nspire / Re: [Lua] RayCaster« on: July 11, 2011, 02:53:48 pm »
I think you should go ahead and make a 3d maze game out of this. It would be much more conveient to control than the one in TI-BASIC.

It shouldn't be too hard to calculate the framerate if you have a timer you can use. Also, on a calc, the framerate does not need to be very high, as the LCD has a very slow response time, so a high framerate would look like a blur.

There are some interesting features in them though. Search for the threads on the diagnostic menu for the nspire and you'll see what I mean.
