Introduce Yourself! / I've been away for a while
« on: June 10, 2011, 07:54:47 pm »
I might as well announce I'm back. I've been gone for a while due to multiple things such as harder school work, moving, and stuff.
A lot has changed while I was gone!

Computer Programming / Re: My First C# Program!
« on: April 10, 2011, 02:58:09 pm »
Cool! I wrote my first C# program in third grade. All it did was copy text from one textbox to another. After that, I didn't know what to make.
You shoud add in motion paths for images, and support for animated gifs.

Can you define f4 out of the program, or does f3 change every time?

Watch Xbox sales go up after this...
I think microsoft has gotten it right, allowing people to write their own programs and distribute them on live marketplace. Everyone is happy there, so no one has bothered to jailbreak the 360.

Java would be nice, assuming it's feasible. A bunch of people in the community already knows Java and maybe Builderboy could port some of his games to the Prizm. :P
We could have multi platform games!

News / Re: A real TI-Nspire CX in action and more PRIZM stuff
« on: April 08, 2011, 11:18:51 am »
I'm glad to hear that the CX has a decent screen.
With the PRIZM, does drawing to the VRAM work like drawing to the framebuffer on the nspire?

Looks great!
What do you think the battery life will be? And when using the 3d accelerator?

I'm really mad at my self for not ordering everything on march 31st, the price on a bunch of things went up.
On the other hand, I realized there is a micro center store near where I live, so I can buy the i5 2500k for $190.80 with tax, and pick it up in store! (After getting my mom to drive me there...) That's $34 that I can put towards another component.
The case also arrived today, which is surprising, as I only ordered it three days ago. I also managed to find an ocz 600w psu for $60. (the other one went up to $110)

I agree that the HUD is kind of big. Instead of having words and a percentage, maybe here could be a small icon for each item and a bar next to it.
