Also perfect grayscale isn't necessary. Just as long as it doesn't look terrible when scrolling to the point where we barely distinguish anything.
Many phones have 3MP cameras now :P

I did notice they are making a remake of star fox 64 for it, not a star fox gamecube game, so I don't think this will quite have the capabilities of a gamecube. It's probably halfway there by now.

My parents are letting me build a computer for my birthday! ( :w00t: )
Here's what I'm planning to get so far: (Prices are with shipping)
Case - NZXT M59 - $50
Mobo - AsRock P67 PRO3 - $140
CPU - i5 2500k - $225
RAM - Geil valueplus 4gb ddr3 1600 - $45
PSU - Cooler Master Silent Pro M600 - $83
Video Card - MSI GTX 460 768mb twin frozr 2 - $150
Harddrive - WD 500GB blue - $44
DVD drive - already have
The total cost is $779.33 $752-ish with shipping , I'm keeping it under $800.
Everything is from newegg except the case, which is from Amazon
If anyone knows of anything better, please tell me.

EDIT: Realized the i5 will be so fast I won't need to overclock, so I'm not getting the heatsink.

I need to get a copy of windows 2K - XP is just too much for my older computers.
Also, I am building a computer for my birthday now, but a GTX 590 would be my whole budget down the drain :P I'll probably get a GTX 460 768mb - they're a real steal right now at $150.
* fb39ca4 hopes someone will get him a GTX 590 for his birthday

EDIT:

You might get away with scraping off the CAS, but it is not guaranteed depending on how attentive to detail whomever is. The non-cas has some white buttons and highlights, the cas is all black and gray.

I'm not too good with spriting anything big, but I could help sprite the ores and upgrades.
How are you planning on making the ores easily distinguishable without any color?
