You only have publich schools and "some" maybe none private schools..
And if you want to go to university you need to get a certificate at a normal public school lol as there are no standardized test lol
we have around 200-2000 home schooled kids here

Usually your parents/private tutor teach you. As far as tests go, it really depends on state/country. i.e., I have to mail in a notification form every year so the state knows I'm homeschooling. I Michigan, you don't have to. And there are other differences too. So you should google the protocols for your state. P.S. I'm assuming you live in the USA. I have no idea how it works in Europe.

First of all, <header> isn't an HTML tag. You can't just make up your own and assume it'll work, unless you're using XML with style rules.
And I said to put margin: 0 in the body tag, not your header tag.
HTML 5 is not the standard yet, so for best cross-browser support, stay away from too much HTML 5 stuff.
<header> is an HTML 5 tag I am very sure. Also "margin: 0;" on "body" worked, thanks!

Ummm. Just a thought. I got one of my friends interested by just showing them a game called Drag Race V1 (awesome game.) It was in asm, so it was fast and it was fun (it was an upgrade game -- those are addicting.) So then I taught him the basics of BASIC programming, and since he didn't own a calc, I told him how to use QBASIC (Q stands for quick). Now he's doing pretty well in python with pygame. However, he doesn't like forums for some un apparent reason. (I'll have to try to convert him to that).
Well, that's my story.
A few afterthoughts: If you show people a really cool game on your calc, they tend to get into it more (wow! a CALCULATOR can have games on it?). However, just saying, "Uh, do you wanna learn how to program? I do it.", is much less appealing. I actually said that to somone once, and he looked at me like "are you crazy?"
also, if you have an fx-9860GII, I highly recommend getting Drag Race V1 on Casiocalc.org file sharing.
And finally, parser padwan, I love your new avatar.
