Is it just because the gif is huge or is it really that slow?
Nobody likes the gif :P I should have optimized him before.
1,974,66 kb (with 237 frames) is an acceptable size for him: http://i.imgur.com/Y6ZGRAz.gif ?

And now. Is it just because the gif is speeded up or is it really that fast?

Dunno, but it is now only a tad slower than on calc. ;)

By the way how is the FX 9860GII keypad? I recall the 9860G one making much less noise than the 84+, but I wonder if the newer keypads are noisier?

From the video of the 84 version, i think the 9860 keypad is much quieter.

Casio Calculators / [crosspost] IDE for classpad

Hi there everybody. Today I'm going to introduce a new IDE and programming language for ClassPad.

Actually, it is an IDE with a designer which lets you design your user interface, then you can program it in an easy Basic-Like language and then it compiles both the ClassPad add-in and a Windows test executable of that addin (it needs the ClassPad SDK pre-installed for this). Here are some screenshots:

Can I not use multiple characters for Lbls?

Correct.

Hmm... so how many different Lbls are available in all?

26... unless r and theta are allowed as well...

Aren't numbers 0-9 allowed too? Wouldn't it be 36?

Oh, yes, thats right, i forgot, sorry. :)

EDIT: Alright.  I managed to plot pixels on the screen.  Is there a way of disabling the annoying border?

Use directDrawRect. ;)

Interesting. Only thing is that if the other person knows how to program he might request to see the source code before playing with you, in case you might use a modified program to cheat :P

Spyro could put a password on the program...

Or he could do it in C, that would not be difficult.

I. want. your. camera. :P

Nice interface though :)

You can also take screenshots with screen receiver, which comes free with the trial version of FX-Manager and never expires. Also, for BASIC, there is an free emulator (it doesn't support addins), I'll give you the link when I find it.
