I can confirm that this also works on the B/W models. You can power it on while connected to a computer, and use it.

General Calculator Help / Re: gbc4nspire emulator problem (Ti-nspire cx cas, with ndless, with gbc bio file)« on: May 16, 2013, 08:37:10 am »
That is a GBC game, so I wouldn't suppose so. If the game works for a little while, it means that the emulator is working. If it goes back to the documents screen, I suppose that something in the rom isn't supported. Since the source code to GBC4nspire is lost, it is probably not possible to fix it.

TI-BASIC / Re: MathPrint font : 4x6 or 4x7 ?« on: May 15, 2013, 08:58:53 am »
I am almost positive that it has something to do with a table, either the graph table or the stat editor. I think setting the screen to g-t and back will fix it.

The Axe Parser Project / Re: Bug Reports« on: May 11, 2013, 01:24:53 pm »
I just experimented a little more, and it seems to be independent of the GetCalc(. It seems to be that I cannot put Pic2 in a string at all.
I have a one-line test program which shows this. I am using 1.2.1, so here is the hex: 0CBFF90D80026001 A5F8A5F800006353 01932A60BAB30000 808168CB 172

I am unable to compile a program which simply says:
GetCalc("Pic2") and I get an Invalid Token error. It should not matter if the pic actually exists at the time of compile, as it finds it when it is run. 173
Other Calculators / Nspire crashes on matrices in scatter plots« on: May 10, 2013, 10:30:26 pm »
When you have a scatter plot, it will normally not allow you to input matrices, and only accepts lists. however, if you put in a variable, it does not check the type of the variable. If you store values into one-row matrices and give the names of the matrices for the scatter plot, the calculator accepts them as if they were normal values, and plots them normally. If you try to draw a line between them, as soon as you get the cursor even near one of the points, the OS crashes and the Nspire reboots.

Is there a reason why I cant GetCalc("Pic2")? I can GetCalc("PicX") where X!=2, but it does seem odd that Pic2 isn't supported.I have a feeling that this will be a somewhat easy fix.

Other Calculators / Re: TI-83+/84+ OS glitches compilation thread (all OSes)« on: May 10, 2013, 06:02:34 pm »
My math teacher (and about half the class) found a bug in OS 2.53.
When MathPrint is on and you do a regression with an exponent, then recall that regression into any Y-var with RegEQ in the variables->statistics menu, the first exponent can either contain garbage, or the recalling will be cut off after that. As far as I can tell, this is a MathPrint problem, and it seems to have been fixed for OS 2.55. 176
Other Calc-Related Projects and Ideas / Re: TILP: beta-testing...« on: May 09, 2013, 10:43:56 pm »
The log is attached. I am sending OS 2.53, I am almost positive it is signed, as the calculator does receive and validate over USB without a problem.

When I try to send an OS to my 83PSE or 84PSE, it gets through the point where the calculator says '0% Completed', and when it gets past sending the first page of the OS, the calculator says that there was an error, and the computer waits until the timeout time is past until it shows a timeout error. The direct USB OS sending works fine, and I can receive OSs from my friend's calculators with either link cable.
I am on a 32-bit system, so there shouldn't be any problem with 64-bit anythings. Edit: I must have been on an old GTK, because when I uninstalled, and downloaded the GTK from the installer, the right clicking worked. 178

Could you have the lowercase alpha enabled as an option? I hardly ever use it, and it is annoying to have to hit alpha twice to cancel instead of just once.

You can type anything you want, you can change the axe source code and compile it to be whatever you want it to be.
