That's basically what I was saying  :P
Oops, sorry. How many other file types are there? What happens if you change the 82 to a 2? or try changing the 82 to C.

Well, the easiest way to get it to detect key presses is to add action listeners. Only the action listener that corresponds to the object with focus should receive a key event. You can see if you have focus, too, by one of the methods in the classes.

Or that they have the same identification byte. Maybe it's the app that should run it, or something.

Most likely both hardware and software. The usb driver is strange, but we don't fully understand it either. And MSD8x could seek improvement as well.

5) give him/her a computer with no internet, and the only thing on it is Dora the Explorer videos
*shudders*
10) Tell him he has to program an OS in Java.

EDIT: Raylin just had the gaul to ninja me and then edit my post. ;-)
11) Ninja a programmer and edit his post.

We've been able to come close, I think.
For a .g3a file:
AA AC BD AF 90 88 9A 8D D3 FF FE FF

Let's see:
0Ch=0000 1010b=.g1a
82h=1000 0010b=.g3p
D3h=1101 0011b=.g3a

And what are each of those file formats for? This probably means that they are an identification byte.  I don't think they randomly did constants if they are identification files, though. I think that each bit might mean something. In other words, it might be both an identifier, and a flag for that type.

It may have done it on a different page then. I'm not entirely sure. Try pages 80-87 as those are the ram pages. When I did it, it showed up on 87.

I can't test this anymore, btw. Especially when you compile it as a .exe. Just make it for windows, I'm sure it will be good.

KnightOS / Re: Feature Requests
« on: December 27, 2010, 10:59:08 pm »
This is not how KnightOS works.  There are no tokens, just ASCII.  A text editor would have to support this, because KOS doesn't.
Oh, in which case, could you maybe change the icon of a letter for different fonts?
