General Calculator Help / Re: Have calc? Will program! [HCWP]

I've been sick and missing it a few times. I know, it's extremely hard to go from hearing/speaking to reading/writing or vice-versa.

What will it be filled with if it's an emulator? Or will it just return? Does this apply to the nSpire as well?

The peanuts are to ward away lobsters so that they do not report us again. No, we don't want to ward away lobsters. We like the lobsters. Right little lobster... Here little lobster... here boy, come on... 605
Correlation / Re: Correlation Progress« on: March 21, 2011, 09:30:20 pm »
That's actually pretty cool. So, basically, you still have the hook, but you immediately pass it to correlation. Does this slow it down? What if there is no other hooks and it runs across int("CN ?

How thick is the line? 3-5 pixels? I wonder if there are any syscalls for lines.

I didn't know we had a download section rating system at all, actually. I guess it doesn't really matter. *shrugs*

Nicely done. Did you just happen to notice it, or did you set up alarms and bells and what-not? Possibly prevent uploading more files until you took a picture?

Casio Calculators / Re: Low level hardware emulation« on: March 21, 2011, 02:37:35 pm »Err.. Working on a temporary assembler for Qwerty.55 before I can work on that. And that reminds me. Can anyone please explain how instructions that branch work. I'm interested in calculating the displacements. Qwerty.55 gave me some test code, but I still can't figure out how many bytes back stuff should be. For example, what looks like it should be -6 bytes back is -4, or -5, or stuff like that. And maybe PrizmSuite too?Yeah, they are kinda fun aren't they. So, we need either AXE or KOS for prizm calcs now.The slowdown is part of the OS since the BASIC language is part of the OS, but just like you said, it's possible to fix it without a new OS - but it's still the OS's fault that drawing is slow. When we blame the OS, we really mean the Basic language. It's definitely possible to do faster stuff without a whole new OS, as we saw on the TI-83+.It would probably take a very long time until it becomes possible to make a third-party OS.lol, KOS for Casio calcs. As in a new OS instead of the one that comes with the calc. What do you mean?Wow. So, CKOS or what? There is no way that took 15 minutes to render. There's just... What the heck. Okay, so is this the OS or hardwares' fault? That's actually on the calc, right? Could you show a video of that. Maybe put a camera over it, and host a livestream or something? *shrugs*It's the OS, no doubt about it. Drawing something like this in asm is probably about as fast as on an 8x calc. 615

I like some aspects of it being OOP, but more like a struct than an actual object with methods and such, like it is in Java.
