I'm a mac user, so when i try to download them... the site justs pops me this:
ª¬½¯ˆš‚ÿïÿïÿ þÿþÎN–
Just do File>Save and you can save it as whatever file you want. EDIT: Darn, ninja'd. Hmm, that's strange. When did it show you that? After clicking on a file that you wanted to download?
it's not strange, the same thing happens with the TI-84 OS. Safari thinks it should display the file instead of trying to download it, so you have to manually download it.

The only reason I could decode ralphdspam's message, was because I knew it was going to make me lose.

It's not that slow, or at least I don't think it is.

I was wondering about the "same model" thing. I'm guessing that calcs like 83PSE/83PSE are compatible as well as 84PBE/84PSE? (this without boot code exploits)
no, as in if you're using a TI-84 use a TI-84. If you're using an 83, use an 83. I don't think it would matter, but I would even use TI 84 SE when you have a TI 84 SE or whatever. I don't think it'll matter though.

What's about sending the OS from other TIs?
You could try it. I think it would be easier.

it might take a few times to get it right, but it should work. I can't help you anymore than this, though. sorry.

Have you tried doing the battery+del trick so it shows the "please install OS now" thing? It should recognize it without a doubt. Can you hook up your calc?

I think you'll get more votes now. I submitted it to Hack a Day a few days ago and today it was published.
Thanks, I submitted it too, so I guess they decided because of both of us to publish it!! Thank you! That's looking great, a lego printer, coool! What is the thing you use to make the things move though?
Awesome feature, good job again!
Thanks! I didn't have any other cameras available, so I just used Screenflow on my mac with it's camera. Not the best, but I had no other options at the time.

Lol, leafiness0 was chosen to be let in on all the secrets about what this game will be, under the condition that he give away no specific details.
kk, now I feel betrayed. I'm gonna go cry myself to sleep now. j/k, j/k

Just saw this for the first time and it looks amazing. I remember trying to make simple RCX stuff when I was little, but nothing even close to this. Good luck on winning and I'll be sure to vote for you
Thank you very much! I really want to win. maybe I'll print out a Blue lobster if I win.

on your responsibilities?
If yes, I'll take out EVERY battery (even the back-up-battery)
my responsibilities? no, I won't be the one to be blamed for anything you could possibly do wrong. I can guarantee I wouldn't break something, but I don't know about your entire technical skills, and can't vouch for you. I can vouch for the information and that I have screwed my calculator up with a bit more than what you are talking about (ie, no OS at all) and have been able to fix it.
