What i meant by game engine was a working code that allows basic playability, and then expand from there.

I agree, Nostalgia seemed to be the most anticipated thing for the contest. (Well at least it was for me)

Perhaps working on title last and get a game engine working first? It would probably have to use sprites if you want it to be that good, and then the X,Y values for each piece of the snake would have to be saved somewhere the way i'm thinking. Is this going to be free moving? As in X and Y can be any value within the screen or is it going to be 12 by 8 with 8 by 8 sprites using an array?

I guess bluescale doesn't like 83+BE i can only bet one shade of blue. (I wonder if someone would be able to find a way to make other colors)

Congratz to winners!! Though I am kind of upset that I lost to WFRNG, but I suppose I should have put more work into mine.

If it's January it "forgets" to calculate past leap years

But how do you save the buffers? Do you save one to a Picture variable first?
By the way, does turbo mode work an 83+ BE? 270

Some small things that i noticed while i was playing it,
1: sometimes when you press "N" to exit starcatch, it starts again anyway. 2: if you replay ping pang pong without going back to the main menu the "scr: (number here)" message will be large font. They dont really affect gameplay so it's not a big deal. Great job on this! Could you explain to me how you did Swap? I've been sitting here wondering since the first time i tried it. |
