Aah ok. My problem is generally if people starts calling me names due to my playing skills or take the game way too seriously (such as accusing people of hacking because they are losing)

Ah ok i don't think that will happen, but one of them says i hack calc games because i always beat him in tetris and bomberkids

Just as long as they aren't trolls/bullies I am fine. :P (otherwise if they are and they end up playing in my team I'll BS them anyway)

They aren't normally, but they might joke and kid around in a way that may seem so, but i doubt it.

I generally just use the menus. Right click the screen and File->Record gif. To stop recording I click Stop recording/record gif. Normally it should work, but if it doesn't, make sure you got the latest version from http://wabbit.codeplex.com . If it doesn't work, could you specify the version of Windows you are using?

Went and downloaded this version, the calc screen was expanded too wide and the animated gif still didn't work. I am using Windows XP

Btw I'm not that great at SC1 regular maps either. Plus, I am so used to SC2 shortcuts now that I will most likely always press the wrong key to spawn overlords or forget to send my drones to mineral patches (which can be done automatically in SC2) ;D

lol  :D

Aaah ok, I guess Saturday evening past Dinner time could do.

Cool, by the way would it be okay if i invited some of my friends from school? They just started playing so i think it would be a good learning experience.

The Axe Parser Project / Re: Your Projects - Post and Critique

Got bored so i made something similar to astbelt. The box in the corner tells you if you have use of your ability. if theres a X then you don'i if there is a check then you do have use. You can also press mode to invert the screen without a significant speed decrease.

I would like a sprite to replace the spike to make it seem more "in space"

Update! Umm.. I've forgotten some of the updates I've added since I last uploaded but I know I've added some things.

You won't run into enemies on most of the map at the moment because i havent added that in yet and i've forgotton just about anything else that I added so I am a little embarrassed.  Don't expect too much for a while because i will be a bit preoccupied with school.

Other Calc-Related Projects and Ideas / Re: Auto Optimization Program

This is pretty cool!  :) Will it possibly be able to auto optimize Axe programs too?

On weekends I'm usually on or most of the day, even though my parents say "only 3 hours" they normally don't even care, but if we schedule a game I'll save my time for then to try to avoid any issues.

So anyone want to set up a game this weekend? I think it would be cool to play other omnimaga members.

By the way: I suck beyond belief but i want to play anyways :P

Edit: also talking about Starcraft 1 (I can't get Starcraft 2)

News / Re: The Game.

There was another small forum update last night involving member groups. Now, as you can see when reading topics, each forum member are ranked by a level from 0 to 10. Those are simply post count rank groups and here they are below. First, the LV, secondly, the title, third, the required post count and finally, if applicable, the special privilege you earn with this user group:

LV0 - Newcomer - 0 posts - Initial group. Can post on the forums. At 1 post, you can edit your personal profile info such as website links and signature (spambot protection)
LV1 - Newcomer - 5 posts - Can send private messages to other members
LV2 - Member - 20 posts - Can use OmnomIRC
LV3 - Member - 50 posts - Can use the arcade
LV4 - Regular - 100 posts - Can upload files to the TI game/tools download section and wait for a manager to approve them (coming soon)
LV5 - Advanced - 200 posts
LV6 - Super Member - 300 posts
LV7 - Elite - 500 posts
LV8 - Addict - 700 posts
LV9 - Veteran - 1000 posts - Can add custom title below your nickname (staff can do so at any level)
LV10 - Super Veteran - 2000 posts

We thought it would be cool to have something slightly similar to RPG systems. Eventually, we may add more groups and we might attempt at re-adding a forum shop like we had in 2005, if we can find a reliable one. Note to our spammers, note that the Randomness and Intro section doesn't increase your post counts and we have the ability to reset post counts to zero. ;)

This is great idea! It makes it easier for new members to know when privileges are unlocked. Out of curiosity, what would be in the forum shop and how would we buy/exchange them?

General Calculator Help / Wabbitemu
« on: August 26, 2010, 09:40:22 pm »
Ok so I now have wabbit working. I attempted to take screen shots but when i opened them i just got a still screen of the moment i started the screen shot. I press Backspace when I start and I've tried pressing Backspace again to stop the shot as well as exiting wabbit without pressing Backspace again. I feel as though the answer to this will be amazingly simple but I've been experimenting for a while now and I have personally given up on trying to figure it out myself. Help?

OTcalc / Re: General Discussion

Question: Have we found someone to put the calculators together properly? Because I think that it would be a shame if all the plans were worked out to perfection and the calculators couldn't be made because of that.

[OTcalc] Z80-Hardware / Re: [OTZ80] [Poll] Wifi or no wifi?

If Wi-Fi was included it wouldn't even be allowed in almost all everyday tests (including non-math tests).

[OTcalc] Z80-Hardware / Re: [OTZ80] [Poll] Do you want a backlit screen?
« on: August 25, 2010, 08:21:05 pm »
I agree with SirCmpwn, a backlight would not be useful for the average user however, I think it would be nice to have it as an optional function for those of us (and any future members) who may use it.
