I think cemetech has something... checking
EDIT: http://www.cemetech.net/projects/basicelite/sourcecoder2.php

EDIT 2: 10 bytes saved here i think http://pastebin.com/8zULvxqg

EDIT 3: Can you give me a list of unused variables?

EDIT 4: Saved 150 bytes so far I think.

EDIT 5: Sorry I think I can only save you 200 of the 240 byes needed.

EDIT 6: Scratch that!  I made it!  Just need to finish up on it tomorrow.

Other Calculators / Re: How did your program or game get its name?
« on: February 17, 2011, 03:52:17 pm »
Var scan-  A variable scanner :/
EASKETCH: Shake to erase-  An etch e sketch for calc where you shake it, it erases.
AXDRAW17/ Draw to Basic-  Never made a publishing name.  You just drew it, and it would export what you drew into a group of basic commands.
ORGANZE/ Auto organizer-  It organized your program in block method.

TWOPSHOT/ Calc of duty- a two player shooter game.
TWOPRACE/ Tron - A two player tron game.

Big Daddy's Meth House-  I had no input on the game i was helping my friend with :P

Wow,  I am not creative am I...

Happybobjr: Currently I'm at 8432 bytes, and it seems like a bit of a dream, but could your optimizations push it under 8192? Then I'd just have to release one Asm(-runnable program ;)

i will try my best.
do you mind posting your current source on pastebin?

Axe / Re: The Optimization Compilation

Here's something really cool I found out yesterday:
DispGraphr  is faster than DispGraph. By more than 10000 cycles, too. It varies from calc to calc, but on mine its a full 15000 cycles faster O.o This means that if you're making a monochrome game, and you're not using the backbuffer....(at the cost of around 15 bytes or so) you can make a
saving of OVER 9000 CYCLES!

how? that's weird

That's the empty level, and all the values are already set as 0 at the start of the LV label, so I didn't need anything for it. Also, I had 3 and 16 or something mixed around in there, but I eventually fixed it in the code.

lol I just fixed that.  I did some other optimizations too.  But not as big as the first one.
There is quite a decrease in the source code size too :P

Idk,  all I know is that Omnimaga doesn't feel the same without it.

lol: Right when I posted that, the irc went to "OmnomIRC is currently offline due to some technical difficulties, sorry for any inconvenience.

Any reason that with your L= checks, you have L=0 through L=16.  and L=18 through L=(big nnumber).

What about L=17?

Love it.

Makes me wish I had room in my bookbag for my Nspire (all times surrounded with a sturdy case)

Do you mean x=4?
If so i think you mean cross-multiplying.

Side note:  Is the irc down?

Happybobjr: Thanks! After implementing it, it's about 500 bytes smaller! I'll have to remember that Else!If trick for later.

want me to optimise more?
I have never used pastebin before this :P  Now i realize that it can save me hours of transfers. :D

well, I am the guy at my school who can get you stuff.

So to get a customer sucked into my services, I made a basket of Pokey, Ramune, Hi-Chew, many other Japanese Items, and high quality sugar cane.  (don't forget the rose petals)  So he could give it to his girlfriend.

I caught the flu and couldn't make the delivery....  wow this is bad for me....
At least I wasn't charging :P.

Anyone who has, or has a friend with a laser engraver;  Freeze a chocolate bar.  Write a loving message in it, and give it to your valentine.  Best V-Day for you ever.  (trust me, it worked)
