N.Korea has always seemed to be unstable. Expect anything is what i say, but don't lose faith in humanity.

BUG: Don't Quote Me! I show best by example. Text(5,10,"HELLO" Text(5,30,"WORLD!" When compiled it will give an ERROR: BAD SYMBOL at the 2nd Text( I fiddled around with it for a while, and to make it work, you have to change it to this V Text(5,10,"HELLO Text(5,30,"WORLD! What is that about? also i tried this, and it compiled. Text(5,5,"ERROR: YOU HAVE TOO MANY NOTES"POO ( i know but i use the word poo when testing things.... the only thing that showed up was that square symbol..

I had trouble understanding as i tend to read the users text before the quote. Thus my mind skipped over it...

on is disabled by an asm program i think.
Check out the assembly code to enable the on key.
On works in TI Basic programs, it quits them, but I'll try to find it
if it works in basic then it wont help. Make a backup. update your os then go back to your calc. turn it on. (nspire os) go back and put the os you want onto it. turn it back on. and put the backed up stuff back on. see if that helps? ninja'd oh no

About linking. Note: i make up my own terms Wink.
1. Touch to touch each calc. Sends and receives the previous getkey Pro. Small and easy. Only need one program Cons. More likely to obtain the 4 error*
2. Update- Send/Receive You have an option in your game that lets the user send or receive data. Pro. Not much really. Cons. Well, you probably can see them...
3. Update- full Update as much as you want but only after a period of time (recommended about 10 sec.) Pro. Great for data transfer. Not terrible to program in. Cons. Might not be how you want your game to look... all depends on your game. Chances are that the programmer will screw up a couple of times before succeeding so back up the program.
*4 Error* An error which occurs when the linking cord has some interference which makes the receiving calculator get 4 Note: The longer the cord the more this error occurs -7 foot cord. Almost unusable. (1 out of 5-10) -3 foot cord. Tons better than the 7 foot cord. But still shouldn't be used with touch to touch multilayer. (1 out of 50-100) -6 inch cord. Works great and only gets the four error (once in about 1000)
Note: My calculations are done by observation and have not been tested.
About the attached. This is a two player shooter game. It is unplayable with out a 2nd calc.
The way i have it set up is by my first method, so both players are player one.

I might give the audio-from-a-USB-drive idea a try. I guess I need to learn how the MSD protocol works, though.
(Does anybody know where to find a 2.5mm-to-3.5mm adapter that fits in an 84+'s link port?)
you can buy one from radio shack for $6. Just make sure you have a sander and a steady hand, so you can remove some plastic from it. As it is a tiny bit to big. Note: NOT the plastic bands on the jack.
