TI Z80 / Re: Bomberman« on: October 17, 2010, 05:09:16 pm »I don't know if its any better though. (but i think it should be)It's not any better in the executable program, it just makes the source smaller. my thought is that it wouldn't be stowed into a specific part of the memory? Making a program to test it.... Edit: I was wrong, they were the same size... ): 1879

Optimization: (not sure if this is any more efficient) You don't need You win or Game Over stowed as a string.
The newer versions of axe can do this. Disp "You Win" I don't know if its any better though. (but i think it should be) Also you should have "the Game" Instead of "Game Over", either way, you/they lost the game. 1881
Other Calculators / Re: Battery in my calc exploded« on: October 17, 2010, 04:58:18 pm »The material in an alkaline battery is actually alkaline, though, which is the opposite of acid (hence the name). Still, though, it's an irritant and corrosive to some materials, so be sure to clean it up anyway. hummm, its a bace? thats good to know. (so pour orange juice into your calc??? ) Edit: we were tought bace and acid instead of alkaline and acid at our school. I guess the teachers think we're dumb? ))) (<- syntax error ) 1882
Other Calculators / Re: Battery in my calc exploded« on: October 17, 2010, 04:53:51 pm »Take some baking soda mixed with water along with a QueTip and clean that acid out of your calc.QueTip? interesting, where i live there is only QTip... oh well... Ya, Ranman is right, make sure you tidy it up really nice, as battery acid is acid... (happybobjr just realized what he said ...) I would get it out of your calc as much as possible as fast as you can. (baking soda neutralizes acids) 1883

TI-Nspire / Re: Would an NES emulator be possible on Nspire?« on: October 16, 2010, 07:20:20 pm »Starfox was a SNES game. But at any rate, an N64 emulator isn't going to run on our 150MHz ARM processor with no GPU and only 32MB of RAM. The Pandora is just barely able to run an optimized N64 emulator, and it's 600MHz+ with 3d graphics hardware and 256MB RAM. exscuse me. Can't the Pandora emulate a Nintendo ds fully? So why cant it emulate a n64 well? 1889
