Have you tried Garbage collecting?
I have had that problem before and it helped me (or was coincidence )

I have bought all sorts of things, but usually things with few components.

I have gotten screwdrivers (tri-wing FTW), Micro USB to USB converters (i think the term is transflash), 3D glasses,  DS styli,  Cases, my Acekard (no longer sold),  Magnets (high quality stuff),  general cords, a potable speaker, and just some more random crap

Most things are listed multiple times because there will be slight differences in them.  look at the 3d glasses selection.

I always make sure to read all the reviews for all the different types, it can make a big difference.

I am trying to figure out all the physics.
It took me forever that I should use 1 byte variables for direction

I am pretty sure you are wrong as if i shut down a process. lets say firefox. it tends to add at least an hour to battery life (tells me in bottom right of pc)

To restart it just Ctrl+R explorer.exe. I think by opening C:\Windows you're inadvertently restarting the process though.

Nope, that won't work.  try it if you like.
