« on: November 07, 2014, 03:35:51 pm »

I do not have a pc, I use my android for everything, but I don't take care of it very well (I rooted it manually without any prior knowledge of what rooting on android is)

Can anyone confirm, the only Omni user without a PC? How are you even alive right now?

confirmed, who says i'm alive?

TI-Nspire / Re: TI-Nspire emulator

In theory you could run X and wine with qemu and binfmt support in a chroot.

I understood none of that :P

TI-Nspire / Re: TI-Nspire emulator

is there any way to emulate the nspire on an android?

this is perfect, considering I'm one of those people that hate reading, I rarely read the readme for most things I use, this would help keep me from ruining everything

Ah nice to see another lua programmer in the community! Let me know if you need any help getting started, and welcome to Omnimaga!
it's gonna be a while before I actually start programming

Well that was quite a lengthy intro.

As customary:
!peanuts
should I add more? like I said #n00b
mmm, well probably, this is Introduce Yourself so an introduction would be nice.

What do you do for fun? What calc(s) do you have? What country do you live in? What programming languages do you know? Cake or Pie?
I made it longer

By the way, do you work on any calculator, computer, hardware or music projects?
no, but that's my goal

Edit (Eeems): Merged double post

you can also call me the biggest forum n00b ever :)
I like learning how to code (haven't learned much)
I currently only have a ti-Nspire CX CAS
I learned the lua code and am still trying to perfect my knowledge of lua
I live in the U.S.
I'm 16
I like playing minecraft
I prefer cake over pie
I do not have a pc, I use my android for everything, but I don't take care of it very well (I rooted it manually without any prior knowledge of what rooting on android is)
I LOVE anime, Angel Beats will always be my favorite anime (unless someone can prove me wrong (but I'd like to see you try))
that's all I can think of

News / Re: Downgrade For Ti-nspire os 3.9 released
« on: November 04, 2014, 09:13:42 am »
I tried using this, but after i opened the .tns file and connected my nspire to the computer, it said "downgrade protection disabled" and now the computer doesn't register the calculator is plugged in, even other nspires don't acknowledge the connection

I've wanted to learn C for a while, I could really use something like this
(make it happen people)

I feel as if this is the best idea ever
