To be honest, they are busy fixing bugs that Adriweb/Levak/Critor and I reported  Anyway, very nice update

I don't know if its too late, but yes tno is the right format. You can try to download the os again from their website (education.ti.com/calculators/downloads/US/Software/Detail?id=6766) in case your download is corrupted. If you still can't install it, try upgrading the computer software.

(BTW, most nspire users here live in Europe (no offense) and they were just going to bed when you asked the question. That is why you didn't get any response anymore)

Indeed, you can downgrade the boot2 with the rs232 interface, and then use downgradefix to be able to downgrade. But this isn't the most easy thing to do, so unless you have the right tools, you are stuck with Lua games and programs (some which are fun ).

Ok, I contacted critor and he fixed the link for downgradefix. Please note that it ONLY works if you used TNOC. is there a chance to downgrade from os 3.1 if i already installed os 3.1 without TNOC ? 
It's either very hard (you'd need to connect using RS232 and do some other stuff) or impossible, sadly.
You can do if through rs232 (Critor tested this IIRC)

I don't know LuaFX, but I don't see any Lua mistake in it.
Do you see something on the screen when run? Or do you get an error message?

They don't work with encrypted tns files, they just list the content.

Very cool project I'm kinda jealous that you can control the signal quite good, in comparison with my version on nspire lua :p (that means my sound quality is much worse)
