It looks like the compression method is not supported (or wrong marked?) Maybe because of the encryption.
Edit: I didn't see the error you gave. Try using the script on hackspire to add the correct header.

In case anyone wants to know how I got the source code (in Linux) :p I opened his file with nspire_emu, and copied the source to the clipboard (of the device), and then use gcore to dump the memory of the entire nspire_emu process (fun). Then I searched for some lua code and found the position in the dump. All I then did was copy and paste (The built in memory dump function does not work for me)

I'll give a quick overview how to downgrade from >3.0 os's: 3.01 - If you use TNOC, you will be able to downgrade by just installing an older OS 3.02, 3.1.0 : You need to use TNOC before you upgrade, but when you downgrade you will need to use downgradefix. TNOC removes the boot2 from the upgrade file, so the system stays with the old boot2 and doesn't get the new protection. downgradefix exploits a hole in the old boot2 (so this only works if you used TNOC) and trashes the OS. You will be able to install an older OS after this. TNOC: http://tiplanet.org/forum/archives_voir.php?id=1922&play=DowngradeFix: http://tiplanet.org/forum/archives_voir.php?id=3584&play=

I had the same problem yesterday, but I only tried it with new documents. I managed to list the content, but it error'ed when I tried to extract some stuff. Maybe because of encryption? (although kinda weird)

Well, beware that if you upgrade to 3.02 you CANNOT use ndless. And be sure to use TNOC (found on Ti-Planet) if you want to downgrade later. Btw, interesting website you linked

Here is a non encrypted one, my luna refused to work, and the Ti-Nspire Student Software freaked out.

Right now I'm not in windows, but I'll try to do it later. (or someone else might beat me)
And my Ubuntu 11.10 is out of order < (crappy video driver and crappy new ubuntu update and crappy dual screen ... have to reformat everything - cool story bro').
Forget about 11.10, just use 11.04 with classic desktop, much better

Looks very nice (BTW, my Nspire Computer Software free trial expired. Could someone just copy/paste and post the code on page 1.1 of the attached document ? Thanks.)
Do you mean that this is made in OcLua and that you need a "real" document?

usleep(milliseconds) should do the trick I think
Edit: but using usleep will not be accurate for a stopwatch, you should rely on some other builtin timer. With lua I can access milliseconds since reboot, so that should also be possible through C (although I don't know how).

NecroBumpist, are you using the latest version of TiLP? If I remember correctly, the latest version(s) of TiLP (for windows) should have corrected some dll issues. But I'm not sure as I'm a Linux user.

Yeah, this is quite sad. When (if ever) I get a CX, I will downgrade my touchpad and start doing some ndless programming. Of course I will need to have free time to do so..

I don't hate any calculator. Without them, I would be nowhere. The calculators gave me the love to program, and that's something no one can take from me So, thank you TI for this.
