TI-Nspire / Re: Bomberman« on: December 11, 2011, 10:44:46 am »
That just looks incredible
Edit: you should post it in your thread on Cemetech, just because I want to see how Kerm will respond to the coolness of this. (For him, Lua isn't such a capable language) 978

Lua / Re: Lua on calc guide« on: December 11, 2011, 05:11:47 am »
Well, means making basically something to read the original wiki pages (you can easily export (download them).
This way you could always keep it up to date with almost no work. 980

Very very strange.
What happens if you go to recovery, wait for the menu and choose continue? 983

If you press ctrl-alt-f2 while it shows those messages, does it drop you to a shell?

First of all, does it stay like that if you wait a bit?
It *can* be that its just busy checking your harddisk for errors, so that takes a little while. Also, editing the file while not help right away, you need to use update-grub after that. But this isn't so easy when you are on the live-cd. If it doesn't boot after some time, try if you can boot with the recovery option. Just notify us when its that far. 985

Well, it isn't out yet
Unless you are a Alpha tester, of course. 986

I haven't the slightest idea why it doesn't work for you
You use "make" to compile it, right? 987

When the user pressed the submit button, it should be disabled until the ajax object state changes.
This way accidental double postings can be avoided, as sometimes it looks like nothing happened when you pressed submit. Also, if it takes longer than a certain amount to fetch the new post, you could maybe just refresh the page. Just little suggestions 988

Strange.
I have these packages installed: libssl-dev zlib1g-dev together with its not dev variants. I got many more packages for other stuff, so maybe it needs more than just this. 989
General Calculator Help / Re: RS232 Interface« on: December 07, 2011, 03:52:30 am »
First of all, did you TNOC your OS when you installed?
If not, you will need additional hardware. This can be a TTL level converter, Arduino, embedded Linux device with TTL serial port, or any other device that you can use to send stuff to your nspire over the serial interface. If you don't have anything of this and can't wait for Ndless3.1, then yes, you will have to buy something. 990

Do you have the dev packages of them installed?
