I have a sprite question too... For 5x5 sprites sheet, do you still need to put in hex code for 8x8 sprites? So it would go like, [8x8 sprite 1 ->Pic1 [8x8 sprite 2 [8x8 sprite 3
etc.?

I usually just click the hatchery and press s and then z. I memorized pretty much all the hotkeys I was addicted to starcraft back when I was still in 5th grade

In SC1 it wasn't as efficient, though, when going through cannons or high defense, because you could only select 12 units at once and put 12 per groups, meaning only about 120 zerglings could be moved at quick speed. On top of that in SC1 they often ran one after each others in queue, so it often took ages before they all get out of the base.
yeah, true, but what I usually did was to name each group and press ctrl+1, 'A' (for attack) click minimap, ctrl+2, 'A', click minimap, and so on until I did it for the group 'zeroth' which means 120 zerglings. And I kept producing zerglings from like 10 hatcheries and sent them right to the base unless they had massive lurker defense, I finished them

I was looking through the program, and I thought, hmm... wouldn't it be easier if you knew all the variables calculator can accept? Like, you can implement scrollable menu that shows what unit you want to put in, and what output unit you want, something like itouch menu. I think that will lessen the user making syntax error that the calculator doesn't recognize and lessen the frustration, them going like, 15 In into m instead of 15 in into m.

I did those kind of stuff in SC1. I called them infinite zerglings. Very useful indeed when all you got is minerals and lots of hatcheries

Are you starting college this summer?
I'll be starting this fall As for Axe projects I would prefer if it was with other projects as well, otherwise we might as well create a board for ASM and BASIC projects . Big projects that take a while can have their own sub-forums, though, for staff, and major ones from non-staff members can have their sub-forum in the two featured projects sections, like other projects.
I was suggesting the separate thread for Axe contest showcase, and then merging them with the project idea board, but I guess you can just put it into the project idea and on the topic title just mention [Axe Contest] or something like that

lol it's fine because the school's over and I'm going to college, so there's no one that I'll be lending my calculator to And how about creating a board (kinda like Axe board) which under that you can post your topic on your contest projects? (idk I explained it well enough I sometimes hate English because I can't seem to express myself clearly)

Yay! I got my calculator back! But then I have to wait until tonight to put Axe in, until I get home... Meanwhile, I'm drawing sprites and seeing if it looks good on calculator.

i really don't need credit, since I pretty much copied from Final Fantasy... You should give it to Deep Thought since he made the front and back

Hi, welcome to Omnimaga!
and for your problem, well, I can't help with Axe much since I haven't really done much Axe yet. There will be other more experienced Axe users that can help you. And you can start attaching images or programs once your post count hits 5.
