if you see the image please explain me the error thats giving me :S

Hello there OMNIMAGA

i have a common problem here. I have all the components: the calculator (downgraded to 1.1) ,v1.1 OS for the calculator ti nsipre NOT CAS, computerlink 1.3 and ndless. now i installed 1.3 as it says (i have w7 x64 bit and i did the process of w7) and it still doesnt want to work O,o' please help me here is a image of my desktop showing everything i got: [img=http://www.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/1183691046.png]
now i ask you guys whats the problem here :\ everything seems fine but the .bat doesnt want to install it saying i dont have computerlink 1.3.... and as you see in my image i have it :S what seems to be the problem ?? please help me i really want to but the gb emulator to show it to my friends in school to play pokemon on the calculator like old times .... thanks in advance... best regards kees.
