it's because I always leave it archived like all programs I don't use or doesn't need to be in RAM so I didn't see it when I grouped it... :paf:
The Banner is now included so you can download Aoc II and play it without any error-message. 198

@topic: Wellcome to Omnimaga, DrewMarin! Learning Ti-Basic is a good idea - It takes some time but it's (compared to asm) very easy... If you plan to make an arcade game I personally would recommend that you use xLIB - but first of all you should learn basic. enjoy the time in the community! lolje 202
TI Z80 / The Best Teacher-Tricking Program...« on: July 28, 2006, 02:28:00 am »
:lol: it's (in most cases) very easy to hide indormation on the calculator so that any teacher isn't able to find it...
remember the teachers can't investigate 1.5 minutes to check every single calc of ~30 pupils... (30*1.5=45; the lesson would be over ) 203

In my oppinion they should *first of all* fix this disturbing error which causes equations clearing your RAM when you try to read/delete/group them :grr::flame::ihatemypc:
I don't know exactly why they're caused but it has always somthing to do with the Save-Picture-command ( real(9.0 ). e.g. if you type "real(9.1.randint(0,255))"->Y1 and then press GRAPH your RAM 'll be cleared Something is wrong with this command... After that I would recommend to include a command to delete/archive/unarchive programs and pics. especcially archiving (HACKED) pics would be VERY useful because this way you could save a lot of memory because xlib commands can read the pic-data also when the pics are archived. 205

:gah::gah::gah:
this game rockz! btw I tested it on a 84+ and a 83+. When you use a Ti-83+ it runs slow but acceptable. on a 84+ it works perfect and feels like a real >Zelda-game<. keep it up! :king: 206

Thank you! There will be some quite important changes but in the whole the system will be very similar to the system in AOC I (you can still call it a 'strategy-game') btw there are new screens 207

This is the main-Topic about my Strategy-game Age of culture II (short form AOCII), which is written in Ti-basic(+xlib).
You may post suggestions, questions and all that stuff here. Short Description The game runs (apart from the battle-mode which is totally different!!!) very similar to the first version, which was inspired by the computer-game Age of Empires. Well, here are some Screenshots: Features -2 different scrollable maps -5 different difficulties -a moderate AI-Player To Do -a lot of balancing & bugfixes -Menu for smith -Different gameplay modes (?) Download: AOCII v0.85 is included as attachement. 208
